Para sa mga left-over pork adobo I found one from my Idol Chef Boy.. ;D

SINAMPALUKANG ADOBO

10 cups water
cup sliced onions
One fourth cup sliced ginger
1 cup chopped tomatoes
One and a half cups skinned gabi
kilo cooked pork adobo
cup labanos, sliced diagonally
cup sliced okra
cup sitaw, cut into 3 length
2 packs Sinigang sa Sampalok Original Mix
1 bundle camote tops

Procedure:

1. In stockpot, combine water, onions, ginger and tomatoes. Bring to a boil for at least 10 minutes to extract flavor.
2. Add gabi and pork adobo. Simmer until gabi is tender.
3. Add the rest of vegetables, followed by Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix. Let simmer for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat and add camote tops. Serve hot.

ito simple and cheap

Laswa (Ilonggo vege soup)

Small shrimp
kalabasa
sitaw
Saluyot
Optional: you can substitute or add veges like talong, mais or malunngay.

Boil water in a pot (can be 5cups)
(Pag may mais palambutin muna ang ginadgad na mais)
Add shrimp, then Add kalabasa at then sitaw and other vegetables
Season with salt
Serve hot.
If you want to live a happy life,
tie it to a goal,
not to people or things.
