hello girls!

As usual, out of curiosity na naman ang question ko. This often happens to me because most of the time when i shop, i dress in casual polo shirt, shorts and birks. For instance, i remember I went to an LV store in Makati. The moment I entered, the salesladies were staring at me from top to bottom. They ignored me when I asked them if I can take a look at the monogram galliera MM I saw in their display window. One of them said "I don't think we still have stock" (take note, in English, sabay irap). They attended to another customer instead. To my surprise, she asked for the same model and in seconds, ang bilis nilabas si galliera MM! They didn't even mind me, still standing there, watching them in amusement. I just walked away with my 500,000 Php debit card. Unspent. I thought maybe, pairing a  lacoste shirt with birkenstock is not enough to convince them that I'm a spending customer and not a window-shopper. Then again, I still think they have no right to judge customers based on their get-up dahil kawalan nila yun.

How about you, mga sis?
happy girls are the prettiest girls! ♥♥♥

Never happened naman sis, i look convincing na may pambili ako kahit wala.ha!ha!
Pero i agree with you that they should never judge a book by it's cover.
Pero i usually shop when i'm abroad.
Bibili sana ako ng 2 lippies but the SA is too busy chatting with other SAs, that when i'm asking for the lippies that i'm looking for, discontinued na daw yun. Then i insisted that i just saw the shade being sold sa US when i was there a couple of months ago. Aba,may sagot pa din, sa Pilipinas daw, wala na nun. eh,she didn't even bother checking their stocks. sarap tampalin.

not me ( i rarely enter luxury shops- scary eh haha) but a friend, very recently, went to lv in rodeo drive and the manager ata was Pinay and she was rude to my friend and her husband. ayun, tinarayan din sya ni friend teehee. there is absolutely no excuse for treating customers differently/based on impressions. they're supposed to be nice not just because it's their job and they're hoping to get something out of their customers but because it's the civilized, decent thing to do.

I've had an experience na din at LV in greenbelt. They werent rude naman, di lang ako pinansin. I was looking for a birthday gift for myself and wanted to carry a madeline pm or mm sana. And i couldnt decide between red and purple in epi leather.

I went to balenciaga instead ang got myself a day bag. I went back to lv with the balenciaga carrier bag hoping they'd regret not talking to me. Wa epek. Hehe. I guess they dont want my money.

Haha it happened to me rin sa LV store in Greenbelt. i asked same question sis about my bag, where can I have it repaired, aba sagot sa akin fake daw bag ko. Without checking my bag. So balik ako ng house ang get ko lahat ng proof na di fake bag ko. (Mine was bought in NY). Told the manager how rude their staff and how dare her to say na fake bag ko. Super pahiya yung girl and on the spot I demanded her termination. As in dinala ko yung price tag, receipts, bag as in lahat lahat. As in...

Perondi ba sis di pa rin reason yun para itreat nila customers nila like that...

It happened to me a few times. But I left that specific store with 2 items worth P89,000.

I requested another SA from the manager (nakalagay sa pin breast pin nya name at position nya) telling him na ayoko sa SA na sumalubong sa akin. But I made sure na narinig ako nung SA mismo. She was being rude, she got what she deserved.

Nakakainis mga ganun no sis showermist, yung feeling nila nanakawin natin yung mga binibenta nila just simply because we dress in a pambahay or something...

this is soooo true. sabi nga yung mga kontodo porma yun daw ang kadalasan wala talagang pambili dinadaan na lang sa japorms hehe! at yung mga simple lang naka shorts at slippers yun pa nga ang may pera talaga. si henry sy daw dati pag pumupunta ng sm para mag libot naka white shirt at shorts lang. wala rin bodyguard. you can't even tell it was him. as in hindi agaw pansin. iwas kidnap na rin.

sa mga sales ladies ng luxury boutiques i guess may ere talaga sila feeling nila sosyal na rin sila porket dun sila work and they tend to look down on others na mukhang cannot afford. and let's face it, yung mga ibang customers ng luxury items kadalasan ma porma nga pero ike-credit card naman at halos lahat ng meron sila utang naman pala.

I haven't entered luxury botiques in Manila. Abroad, even if you get looks, hindi mo naman madalas makita or kakilala siguro  ;D. Pero so far, in SG or HK, they were accomodating naman.

I remember a dj in RX, si Delamar, sinabihan daw siya ng SA when she entered na meron daw SALE sa another outlet, how rude was that?
gratitude attitude

Sabi siguro, uy mataba to, me pang bili. hahahaha...

I know someone who experienced that kind of treatment. Mamimili kasi sila ng gas range so they went to a certain store and asked the guy SA to let them check/see the specs of the range. sabi ba naman nung SA ay sir mahal po  yan! Syempre nainis sya.... so sabi nung guy pakibox na yung range na yun and they paid on the spot in Cash. almost 100K yung item na pnurchased nila. when they asked if the item will be delivered, they said no and ilagay sa MB nila :)
