i think of happy thoughts or think of things that makes me happy, like an upcoming trip or something i'm looking forward to. Alam ko nga mali kasi minsan kapag grabe na saka ko lang naiisip mag-pray.  :-\

I count my blessings, work out, hug my kids and talk to my hubby.

Talk to a child and play with him/her.. Sobrang nakakaaliw kasi ang kulit eh :)

Think about how you'd laugh at what happened years from that day. Isipin mo na lang yung last na naramdaman mo yan, waley na waley na sayo ngayon...

and most important of all, PRAY.. Eto talaga, nakakagaan ng pakiramdam

try reading "Childhood Maling Akala" thread.

Tawa ako ng tawa as I was reading it. I guess any depressed person would forget his/her loneliness.
