Mods please delete if there is anything similar..

This is not for me but for my boyfriend and my other friends mostly working in a hotel.. Pagkatapos ng 6months to 1year tapos na ang contract nila..Some are given a choice to renew their contract while others are forces to leave and find another job after their contract has ended..
Ano ba mga benefits ng contractual workers according to labor law?

Meron silang SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig pero yung other benefits like paid leave wala sila..Nasa batas ba to?

Yes sis, wala talagang benefits halos ang contractual employees. Different sa mga regular. Kaya yung malalaking companies like yung malalaking malls, madaming contractual employess to save money. It's legal.
