^ sis, if I read your question right, I would think, guys dont love you instantly when they ask you out.  I always assume, they are INTERESTED in you and may not mean LOVE you. magkaiba iyan.

Now, they cannot tell they love you since they need to get you more.  Be wary of guys na may mga I love you na agad kakakilala palang. Nambobola iyan.

Men cannot also show they are disinterested in you if they are really interested.  Kaya yun, Interested is the word. They do not love you yet nor hate you kasi.
