I also do Carole Maggio's Facercise and it works naman, my cheeks look plumper without collagen injection. It's a series of facial exercises that tone the facial muscle kasi diba since yung skin eh naka-attach sa muscle ng face and when you age nagsasag yung face kasi nawawala yung tone noong facial muscle so ayun it works especially on my cheeks and eyes!!!
Iba ang cheeks ha sa fats baka ma confuse kayo, yung cheeks yung muscle pag nag smile kayo, mataas ang cheeks kaya dapat pag nag blush kayo eh doon sa apples sa taas malapit sa cheekbones coz when you age it sags. Ang buccal fat eh mas mababa sa cheeks kaya pag may nagsabi na "ang taba ng cheeks ko" eh most prolly taba talaga cya muscle kasi ang cheeks and mas maganda pag plump at mataas.
Supplements naman I take omega 3 pero I'll switch to krill oil kasi mas effective daw ang krill oil, I plan to take collagen too and placenta IV then pag 50 nako I wanna fly to switzerland para magpa fresh cell therapy lol
I wear circle lens too when I want to look extra young, like 19-17 years old leveling kasi the younger you are the larger your iris daw! it works naman napagkakamalan akong minorde-edad.
Oh sunscreen all over too, preferably physical sunblock with Zinc oxide or Titanium Dioxide!!
