35weeks na ko. Bad trip ang acid reflux. OB advised me to take Tums. Medyo better naman na, pero minsan meron pa rin.

Having a hard time sleeping at night too since dun mas active si baby. Her squirms and kicks are makin me a bit uncomfortable minsan.  Ang hirap din humanap ng magandang pwesto...

Grab a buncha books about childcare and read on..I wish I spent my sleepless third trimester nights reading mu childcare books instead of worrying why i couldn't sleep. Now that the baby' s out I dont even have time to pee! :)

My insomnia started a week ago, when I was around 24 weeks. One time I was still up at 3 am kasi naglilikot pa din si baby :( I also have to pee at least once in the middle of the night and it's so hard to go back to sleep. Like mamichula said, I try to read as much as I can during these sleepless nights. Kaya eto GT muna hanggang antukin :D

Di na naman ako makatulog.. Baka kasi humina resistensya ko pag napupuyat ako eh lalo na ngayon na nasa first tri pa lang ako. Grabe sakit ng ulo na dinadanas ko sa maghapon dahil sa walang tulog.

Manners are a sensitive awareness of the feelings of others. If you have that awareness, you have manners no matter what fork you use.
