hi sisses.. di ko makita if mya thread ng ganito. pero im so sad dahil eto na naman at makakdeal na anman akong mga taong gahaman sa pera!

if alam nyo naman reason why we need to get oocupancy permit pa before we can occupy OUR OWN house, pa-explain naman po. kasi parang nawiwindang ako. kumuha ka na nga ng bldg permit and you paid huge money, at eto na naman ang occupancy permit at mas malaki pa ang magagstos mo. hayyyyysssssssss... sobrang sigh tlaga. :(((

How much ba ang processing? Yung friend ko na nagpalakad nya yung building permit, pero hangang occupancy nabigyan na!

depende yan kung saan munisipyo.

sa makati madali lang, as long as the requirements are complete.

It's supposed to be the way for the building official to check if the structure was constructed based on the permit plans submitted. pero usually di naman nila nachecheck na. dapat nipackage nyo na to sa kausap nyo sa munisipyo during the building permit process. :)

para saan po ito? kelan kukuha nito?
saan kinukuha ito?
magkano pagkuha nito?

It's for the building official and bureau of fire to check that the structure was constructed according to plan.

Hindi nagsasabay ang building at occupancy permit kasi iyong building permit ay inaapply before you construct a house. Iyong occupancy permit ay after ng construction para macheck nila if safe for occupancy ang structure.

Eto ang list ng requirements from QC
A. Clearances/Certificates/Legal Documents
1 Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (original + 2 photocopies)
2 Locational Clearance (3 photocopies)
3 Approved Building Permit (3 photocopies, present original copy if it has no bar code )
4 Green Building Preliminary Certificate (for Green Building / 3 photocopies)
6 Approved Sanitary Permit (3 photocopies)
7 CEI (3 copies) or Approved ElectricalPermit (3 copies) w/ CEI App.Forms (2 copies)
8 Approved Mechanical Permit (3 photocopies)
9 Corporate Secretary's Certification of a Board Resolution Authorizing the Signatory (if
corporation / notarized original copy + 2 photocopies)
B. Technical Documents (form must be duly accomplished, wet signed & dry-sealed
by the professionals and signed by the owner/s)
1 Certificate of Completion (for the structure / 2 copies, wet signed & dry sealed)
2 Certificate of Completion for Mechanical & Request for Inspection (especially if under
Green Building Ordinance / 2 copies, wet signed & dry sealed)
3 2 Photocopies each of valid PRC IDs & current PTRs with seal and 3 specimen
signatures of the professional in blue ink
C. Supplemental Documents (if applicable / original copy + 2 photocopies)
1 Affidavit
2 Certification
