Hey girls! Just got back from our Bora Trip last Nov 19-21. We stayed at LSM Square (got the idea here in Gtalk). The place is really perfect for families staying in Bora on a BUDGET. The place is near all types of tindahan,bakery,palengke and along the highway lang shd you need to ride a trike to go somewhere, its also a few walk away to the beach!

As suggested by sis minnie99, we went to Puka Beach and whooaa..! It was beautiful! kaya naman super sikat mga pictures namen taken in Puka haha!!

We thought magpapa-picture lamang kami dun but we met Kuya Fernando,a boat owner who has high-respect with locals, chinarge nya lang kami ng local price sa island hopping (boat ride for 12 people) with 2 sites of snorkeling for only Php 2,350!  At dahil mura, we were able to add a super exciting banana boat for P200 each!

I've texted ron/niño last week, di na raw sila na e-entertain ng reservation for boaracay activities
on the day itself na lang daw. Meaning sa Dec13 ko pa sya dapat i text kung kailan nandun na kami sa Bora. Hindi ko tuloy alam kung magkano na mga rates ng activities.
Last year Feb20-25 kami nagpunta sa bora, stayed at Tan's guesthouse.
Kay Niño din ang activities namin pero two weeks before pa lang alam ko na ang rates.
Asar naman.
Now we are going to stay at Mandarin Island Hotel, via their package, which i find awesome considering the location and their hotel plus their sea and land transfer via private dock.

Ladies, hindi na ba talaga ibinibigay yung activity rates sa bora?

sis kung sa activities naman, madami nag offer dun tawaran mo nalang din at mag scout ng mura
nag parasailing kami ang binayad namin ay 800/pax, pero meron pa mas mababa diyan.
ang helmet dive naman meron ata 300-500 ang range
ang island hopping - 1K-1500, parawsailing - 600-800

I'll be in bora for the 1st time on january with hubby. I heard it's nice sa puka beach so I want to include it sa IT namin.
Question: would you advise that we go there DIY way or we should arrange with the hotel? baka kasi limited lang ang oras pag hotel arranged diba? If we stay in station 1 or 2, madali lang ba mag hire ng tryke to & from puka?

we went in boracay last nov 15-18... we stayed at case de estrella station 2.
nadaya lang kami nung sa island hopping/snorkeling.. sayang di namen napuntahan yung puka beach.

ito iba pang activities:
paraw - 800/boat 145/each
helmet diving - 650php
parasailing - 550php
atv - 300php
banana boat - 200each
jetski - 1700 for 30 minutes - di ako nagganito =)

maganda weather nun, pero pag gabi naulan pero ok lang hehe.

^^just take a trike, stay as long as you want in puka, then take a trike back to your hotel.

^^i'll get back to you sis. ask ko dun sa kasama namen.. sa kanya yung parasailing, helmet diving at atv. yung helmet, ok naman na sa 650 may disc naman kasama as souvenir hehe.

help naman guys meron ba kayong alam na guest house/bahay na pwede i rent yung mura lang kc 13 persons kami.. and kung sa hotel naman.. mahal masyado.. yung tans guesthouse 7500 eh namamahalan kami kc 4days and 3 nights kami dun.. help naman guys.. thanks bale march 21-24 kami next year..

guys sino may alam dito ng rate sa lsm square? yung family room? ang tagal kasi nilang magreply eh...

and maganda ba sa villa simprosa? they gave 4500 a night for two rooms na good for 4? and hindi ba sila mahigpit kung lagpas ng 8 persons... balak kc namin eh 6 persons per room.. kasi eto lang nakita ko na mura and malapit sa lahat...

^ hi sis, ito ang rate ng LSM na binigay sa amin pag off peak 1,300/night for 2 pax, 1,700/night for 4 pax and 1,900/night for 5 pax.

^when i made my online research about LSM rates prior to our trip, medyo ganyang amount nga sabi nila sa mga forums. But when we went there as walk-in (before mid-November), the LSM frontdesk guy said that the current rate is P 2,000 for 2pax. I told him na it's much higher than what i've read in online forums, but he said that's their new rate starting this Nov. [dunno if it would be cheaper when you pre-book online with them]

^ baka peak season na yan sis kaya tumaas rates nila, kami kasi by july 2013 pa.

mga sis ano po number ng LSM square, limited kasi internet dito sa office di ko ma open yung forum to get their number. thank you. Nag inquire pala ko sa Tans at sa Boracay Tropics 2.5k a night pareho with set breakfast. Kaya try ko sana sa LSM
