Mga sis yan din problem ko sa house namin ngayon. Yung poste ng meralco nakadikit sa poste ng terrace namin. So pag nasa terrace ka abot kamay mo yung poste ng meralco...possible kaya sya na mapa move kahit abante lang? Lalo pag ngpalagay kami ng gate abala sya eh...

^maybe you could write to meralco and ask kung pwede ipa relocate yung poste.  pero kung sino magbabayad eh depende yata yan.  kasi baka naman di nyo sinunod yung mga setback/clearance na dapat sundin sa pagpapatayo ng bahay.

@selyado-sa subdivision kasi yun and our contrator just followed what was in the plan provided by the developer. Was able to get answer from meralco and they need formal letter from us oara ma-inspect nila. It depends kung sino magbabayad if there's any...

am still looking for a contractor.  the first contractor na naka usap ko tsugi na.  ang hina dumiskarte ng architect nya.  at nag email si contractor mentioning a "resist window"    it took me a while to figure out what he meant there.  yun pala recessed window na requirement ko sa bedroom and kitchen.  dahil dun i finally gave up on him.

heto naman si second contractor gusto ko na sana ang diskarte ng architect kaso ang daming space na nasasayang.  may den na nga ako sa taas tapos naglagay pa ng family hall pag akyat ng hagdan.  eh nagtitipid nga ako at may budget ako na dapat masunod.  tapos ang mga setback mukhang di maa approve ng subdivision at ng munisipyo.  at naloka ako sa dami ng steps going to the main entrance of the house.  may step going to the left side of the garden.  meron ding steps going to the right side of the garden.  tapos iba yung steps going to the gate.  parang nahihilo ako sa drawing pa lang!  at ang mga bathroom susko one meter lang ang width!!!  baka pag upo mo ng toilet eh maumpog ka na a pader.

ngayon ang kausap ko is an architect.  he's into green architecture.  ang ganda ng mga ideas.  i showed him yung layout na gawa ni contractor #2.  nag comment sya.  and true enough marami nga daw space na nasayang dun sa layout na ginawa.  pero mukhang high end itong architect na ito.  he charges P1000/sqm daw para sa design.  mahina daw ang P4M na budget for a 200 sqm house.  hay...

the architect's name is roland "randy" banzon.  he's from UP.  his ideas are really so good.  pero yun nga medyo mapapamahal yata ako.  parang yung initial cost would really be mataas pero in the long run makakatipid ka rin sa mga proposal nya.
