Next month daw gagawin na 10 working hours sila. Nasa labor law daw kasi natin yun kaya ganun ang gagawin.
Top management nila is from India. Yun ang nagdedecide lagi. Meron sila HR dito pero yung pinaka-head ay puro Oo lang sa Indian boss nila.
All of their monthly salaries will remain the same. So kung comapre natin ang monthly salary ng 8-working hours versus 10-working hours, lalabas na lumiit ang daily salary nilang lahat.
Question: Saan part po ng labor law natin yun?
Gusto lang po masigurado ni hubby na hindi sila nadadaya.
