sabi ni doc manalo i have endo ng kinapa niya ako. i also have clinical symptoms of an endo sufferer. pero when i had myself checked by doc sua-lao wala raw ako endo. iba kasi yung equipment na ginamit niya at kinapa rin ako.

meron palang sante barley akala ko yung green barley iisa lang yun. kasi the last time i took it parang lasang pineapple na lang at tumabang. saan po ba nakakabili nun?

Sis hindi ko na maremember how big my endo was basta i just hate menstruation days kasi masakit talaga at nagdidiarrhea talaga ako huhu..

Sis for 1.5 years akong nagtatake ng sante's barley capsules.
It improved my condition talaga. Kulang na lang supportahan ko si april boy sa promo niya haha!
It helped na magshrink at mawala talaga endo ko.

Sachagirl,
Sis iba ang sante's barley capsules sa green barley suspension. I tried green barley din dati pero parang 2 months lang kasi parang feeling ko malabnaw siya. Yup it tastes like pineapple isa yan sa ingredients niya ata yun.

Sis i took santes barley + metformin...may anticancer effects talaga both meds. Metformin din kasi for pcos and endo helpful siya kaya both siguro nakatulong sa akin sis. I also take folic acid lang and use anion napkins. Pag nagpositive ka sa hpt then stop taking it na lang.

I used to take 2 caps per day. Then nung sinabay ko na metformin once a day na lang barler caps ko. Ok naman siya i still take it now. Good luck sis ok yan talaga. After ko nagtake ng barley nung tvs ko na routine tvs lang to check for endometriosis, wala na daw clear daw ako, di pa ko makapaniwala haha ilang beses ko pinasure sa sonologist nag 2-3 opinion pako niyan sis at lahat di ko sinabi ob historyko para di sila bias at wala silang alam. Hehe makulit talaga lahi ko!

thanks sis lei_glee. last cycle ko wala naman akong naramdaman na dysme not even diarrhea like movement. try ko muna yung iniinom ko ngayon na multi-vits baka sakaling maging miracle s akin.

pero ngayon at least alam ko may other option pa ako.

Hi mga Sis, Im back after my surgery..ob found out it was a dermoid cyst and not an endo..though i still have endo pro my ob told me that my endo is not active..i took Sante's barley 3 months prior my operation so I know it really helped me a lot.. Good luck sa atin mga sis!

sis goldy, talaga sis di na active endo mo? ilang months ka na nagtake ng barley? di pa din kasi ako nakapag pa tvs mga 4 months na kaya di ko sure if nag improve ang endo ko. hay sana nga nag improve

sis lei glee ang metformin ba was prescribed para talaga sa endo mo?

by the way sis lei glee 2 capsules lang ba ng santes barley tinetake mo. kasi ako 6 capsules a day. un kasi instruction saken ng nag bebenta.

sis dhee-dhee oo sis ganun kadami tinetake ko. un kasi instruction sa akin. actually sis dati nag take na ako nito yung powder pa na santes barley 2x a day kaya lang mas mahal pero lumiit nun endo ko from 4 to 3.1 kaso nag stop ako kaya ngaun tinutuloy ko na naman capsule na para mas cheaper. gusto ko na nga mag pa tvs para ma check if effective yung capsule sa akin.

sis dhee mga almost 2 months lang ako nag take then nagpa tvs ako. dun nakita na lumiit. pero nung time na yun kasi pinag pill ako ng ob ko to stop daw muna yung period ko to shrink daw ang endo. pero for 1 month lang yun at nagkaron pa din ako kahit nag pill na ako kaya feeling ko yung barley talaga yung nag pa liit kasi parang di umepekto ang pill.

Hi Sis, according to my ob & i got this from the net : dermoid cyst is a cystic teratoma that contains developmentally mature skin complete with hair follicles and sweat glands, sometimes clumps of long hair, and often pockets of sebum, blood, fat, bone, nails, teeth cartilage, and thyroid tissue. Sa akin sis and nakuha is my hair..wala casing signs that i have it peru buti n lang din pumyag ako n open surgery kasi ndi din pal sya kya ng lap.. I'm not ok my ovaries are ok..just waiting for my healing and af then i'll be back with our ttc na

Sis Daydream, yes jun yung sabi ng ob ko when i had my surgery let Oct 17, may nakita daw syang endo peru ndi aggressive so natuwa sya, and naisip ko nakatulog talga ang barley kasi i took it for 3 months prior my operation so sabi ko tuloy tuloy ko lang ..And pnaka makakatulong sis is and sting Faith and prayers.. God bless! Mg pa tis k so you would know your condition. Prevention is better.

Miss na kita sis! So sis wala ka talagang endo iba pala sis? Stay healthy! Grabe talaga pag ttc no kung ano ano na lang nakikira ko endo, pcos, cyst, myoma..

Sis before may pain lower back ko minsan but bearable pero now ok na ko no pain naman na. Siguro santes barley capsules helped na rin. My friend who is single by the way also has endo na-ER kasi super as in o.a. na unbearable sakit na daw puson niya pag mens niya. She was diagnosed with severe endo and ob gave her contraceptive injections para di na siya mens for mga 6 months.

^Yes, thanks sis! Actually I've been taking already these for my irregular period (Evening Primrose Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Green Barley and Diane35) Ang hirap pala nito kagaya ngayon may spotting ulit.

actually sis, meron peru andun lang sya sa likod nung cyst na tinaggal sa akin and described ni ob na hindi siya active..parang dry daw siya..Sana nga sis wala ng maging problema sa health nating mga babae..Pero in time alam ko God will answer all our wishes na maging blessed with a Baby
