for me, yes, very effective. my tummy isn't saggy at all. I used it for about 3 weeks after birth, girdle + binder

hindi ba super init sis pag naka girdle na naka binde pa? tapos di ka pa pwede maligo dahil sa ge lai?

Oo nga sis, parang mainit., never ko na try to.. Its my 2nd pregnancy and dko alam if may pagasa pa tyan ko.. Ao yung ge lai sis?

ge lai yung hindi ka maliligo ng month para makaiwas sa lamig. may thread tayo tungkol diyan sis. check mo.

Anyway what brand ang ok kaya?
May nakikita ko sa baby company pero dko pinapansin or tinanong man lang about dun..

CS delivery ako and pagising ko after manganak e naka binder na ako. =) The, I was advised to wear it for 2 weeks yata. But I really didnt know kung ano purpose nun. hehe

6.5 mos na si baby. and yes sobrang laki pa rin ng tyan ko.

sinisis ako ng nanay ko dahil di ako nag girdle/binder na matagal or religiously. yung ate ko rin sabi nya dapat maggirdle ako para lumiit tyan ko. kanya kasi di rin malaki same with my niece. hayssss sana nakinig ako sa mom ko.

importante talaga ang binder. mga friends ko na hindi nag binder, kadiri yun tummy after manganak. hindi siya taba eh. loose skin.

sis m_lim i was in a a/c room nearly 24/7 for my ge-lai so it wasn't hot. It was only when I had my meals outside when I would sweat and I'd punas and change after every meal. I bought girdles from landmark lang, like 300 bucks each. I also bought tihs brand of high waist semi girdle panty which I loved! I bought a large and medium size, wore the large mga first 2 weeks then medium na afterwards.

Yes, malaki tulong ng binder sis. Binder sko nung una paglabas ng OR but after a week my OB said better ang girdle. I bought mine at SM sa department store lang. Buy 2 or more para papalit-palit. Ako nilalabhan ko kasi pinapnawisan. My OB said maganda kung 2 months or more gamitin para maka-adjust daw yung tummy. Pero ako one mobth lang, ang init kasi.
