you planning na tuluy tuloy? nako sis, hindi ata pwede yan kasi baka ma- immune ka sa drops... may tinatawag na maintenance phase, meaning kahit hindi ka na nagtatake ng drops, tuluy tuloy parin ang discipline mo sa food intake, hindi dahil tpos ka na sa program eh you can go back to how you eat before... and besides, isang positive effect of hcg is changing the bad ways before, correct it and teach us how to eat healthy 
Hi sis, hindi naman ako tuloy tuloy. ito ang ginawa ko. do correct me if im wrong...
phase1 - 3 days loading. eat all u can, more fats (with hcg drops)
phase2- 24 days at 500 calorie diet (with hcg drops)
transition phase - 3 days at 500 diet (no more hcg drops)
phase 3 - 1500 calorie diet (no more hcg drops, no starch no sugar)
**nasa phase3 ako ngayon, i plan to do this for 3 weeks
phase 4- pwede na slowly introduce carbs, ito na ata yun maintanace (still no hcg drops). If ideal weight na, no need to go back to hcg. pero if intends to lose some more weight, dito muna for at least 3 weeks before mag round 2.
So may rest akong 45-60 days (w/o hcg drops) at least, thats the plan...
again, to see is to believe. too much temptations.
