^ i like my mom's Tanigue Steak :D she puts salt, pepper and liquid seasoning lang on the fish then squeeze calamansi. Put oil in the heated pan, toast some minced garlic & butter then pan-fry the fish :) okay sya with garlic rice.
There are four basic food groups: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate & chocolate truffles. ♥

sisses, share ko lang tong recipe ko ng tofu sisig. mura na, easy pang gawin. :)

Tofu Sisig

2 pcs tofu, cut into cubes about 3/4 inch
1 onion, chopped
2 siling pang sigang, sliced
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
a dash of pepper
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp water

- fry tofu until light brown then drain using paper towels
- mix mayo, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and water in a bowl
- saute onion and sili then add the tofu
- add the oyster sauce mixture and let it simmer
- adjust according to taste then serve

pwede nyong bawasan yung sili if hindi kayo masyadong mahilig sa maanghang or alisin yung buto ng sili. i prefer kasi na naghahalo yung sweet, spicy saka pagkasalty nya. enjoy!

btw, i cooked this yesterday and i added cream dory fillets which i fried together with the tofu.. yummy!

^yummy talaga sya sis. hindi sya masyado masabaw kasi lalapot yung oyster sauce and mayo mixture, enough lang na macover nya yung tofu cubes. depende rin sayo kung gusto mong dagdagan yung sabaw nya. natry ko na both, masarap kasing isabay sa rice, hehe.

sis sales lady - great! nakaktuwa naman at madami ang nagkagusto hehehhe.:)

sis dee- i will try the sisig tofu. :)

I will share the tokwa't baboy version of my kuya. :)

1/4 pork (laman/liempo)
1 big square of tofu
1 big stalk celery - diced or cut into small pieces
sili (2-3 puede yung panigang or labuyo)
kalamansi (maybe 15 pcs)
toyo
magic sarap (optional)
2 big  onion (preferably white pero puede din red) - diced

1. fry tofu and cut into cubes
2. liempo /pork - maybe fried or pakuluan lang till maubos yung sabaw then cut into cubes
3. mix liempo, tofu, celery, onion
4. mix toyo, magic, sarap, sili then taste it kung ok na yung alat, if not adjust
5. pour the sauce sa mixed liempo/tofu/celery and onion

sarap yan sa rice and pulutan. hehehhe

God is great! :)
