this one is pretty easy, pwedeng ulam or pampulutan.

*Hotdog con carne*

you will need:

1/4 klo lean ground pork
7pcs bibbo hotdog (sliced)
1 115g delmonte tomato sauce
1 pack mccormick chili cn carne seasoning mix
3 tbsp soy sauce (i use marca pina)
1 onio
3 cloves garlic

saute muna ang ground meat sa onin and garlic, add the soy sauce, after a little while, idagdag na ang hotdog followed by the tomato sauce, simmer lang for about 3 minutes tas add mo na yung mccormick chili con carne mix (dapat dissolved na in a cup of water) simmer for another 5 minutes tas yun na!

Sarap yan :)

pa-share din ako..

hindi ko alam kung anong tawag sa recipe basta canned tuna lang sya na ginisa. naisipan ko lang gawin tapos patok sa mga officemates ko. pwede isabay sa rice, skyflakes or pandesal.

Ingredients:
chili corned tuna (pwede rin yung tuna flakes in oil)
onion
green bell pepper
tomato

Procedure:
1) Saute onion and tomato
2) Add the tuna
3) Add the green bell pepper

Yummy!

Ginataang Tambakol (nasa menu ko to next week)

you will need:
Tambakol
ginger
vinegar
garlic
eggplant
pechay tagalog
salt to taste
siling green (pansigang)
pepper
coconut milk

put theeggplant, fish, ginger and garlic in a casserole (yung eggplant nasa ilalim ng fish, di ko alam kung bakit pero ganyan ang nakasanayan ko), add ng vinegar water and pepper, bring to boil toll the fish is well cooked. Then add na the coconut milk, let it boil and simmer for a few minutes. put the pechay and green sili then season it with salt.

Sis I tried this with tilapia before pero pumait because of the combination of suka and gata. I dont know kung meron ka pang ibang technique. Pero sabi nila wag daw haluin para hindi pumait. Di ko pa ulit natry e kasi baka pumalpak na naman. So what I do na lang I dont put vinegar on any dish na may gata.
