@jershey, yes i heard somebody did that, sign up without attending the orientation first kasi wala daw siyang time and decided na ata.  well if you back read from start to finish, you'll know the details na which will be discussed in the orientation, baka mas maraming ka pang nalaman kesa sa nag attend ng orientation.  hehe...  Well if you're really decided na, as in feel mo na this is it then sign up na, habang nandyan pa momentum mo.  50lbs is not much ha compared mo to some of us so go go go...!
@angellove, take biotin 5000mcg.  it did help me a lot para mabawasan yung hair loss.
@francesigh, good luck to you, ok pa yung first 10days ng refeed, then pag nag start na mag mix ng protein yun na yung medyo nakakalito.  Maintenance i really harder than original eating plan and refeed, lalo na if your mind set eh you'll get back to your old eating habits... you'll just end up gaining every pound you lost... so dapat alalay lang sa maintenance... tip toe tip toe tip toe... start introducing new food to your body gradually. Enjoy!

Hi Jersey! Natawa ako sa story mo. Nagbayad ka na pero di ka pala nakaatend ng orientation  ;D

Cohenites, I'm already 11 lbs from RF. I notice that I'm getting hungrier than before. Any advise? Thanks

Wow kreez!!! 55 pounds in 3 months is amazing! Whats ur secret? Usually kasi 10% of ur weight more or less ang nawawala sa first month, and usually around 5-15 pounds a month thereafter depende sa pag follow mo ng plan...in your case thats around 18 pounds a month?

Attended the information seminar kanina, this is required.
Package cost 55k promo offer is 6 months installment via cc bdo/bpi and citibank. If you enroll after the seminar you get your blood chemistry free.

The program tackles about correcting the human growth hormone, seratonin and insulin in the body, kase dr.cohen believes that these 3 are the ones affecting our weight issue..thats why may blood chem at personalized ang program kase iba iba nga levels ng 3 yun sa katawan natin. now even if magpa blood chem ka and if na analyze ni dr.cohen not youre not suitable for cohen eh they will refund your payment except for the lab fee.

Bawal ang may diabetes na, heart problem and those taking insulin shots. Also less than 15 year old and 65 year old person are bawal.

The amount of weight you need to lose is also based on our weight to height proportion. So yung how fast you lose will depend on how you strictly follow the program.

Hay how i wish i enrolled kanina, pero di kaya eh, next year na lang.

Finally, I received a call from Olive last friday night na pwede ako mag attend ng info session...

I'm really happy! tama kayo, nothing that I didn't know already. But I patiently listen pa din hehe
Hopefully i'll pass and get my EP soon!!!

super excited.. right now wala pang nakaka alam that I enrolled with the program except my mom
I'm really not sure kung ano sasabihin ko sa mga officemates :) parang na hihiya kasi ako magsabi na im on a special diet, pero syempre mapapansin naman nila yun..

Eating out with my friends is the one I considered the most challenging.. parang ang lalabas ang KJ ko na huhu...
bahala na, maybe they'll understand naman...
