^Sis, you can order refeed when you are 2kg (or 5lbs) away from your upper goal weight.  It takes mga 2 weeks daw to get your refeed plan.

Hi everyone. I decided to join the forums since this helped in my decision to do Cohen and I'm in awe with the results you all have. My cousin had friends who tried cohen and it worked. I'm in my 20s and want to change my lifestyle as early as now. Basically, I've been fat all my life and tried sports and 2-3 diets to get fit but I always put the pounds back on.

It's been almost 3 weeks since I submitted my blood test result and hoping for the best that I am accepted. I really hope I get feedback this week :)

Do i buy one weeks worth ( wont the veggies wilt on the third day?) should i buy 1 type of protein and just eat it all week? Any suggestion girls?

@giegie, I have hypothyroidism, honestly loosing weight would be slower than the others, mine was around 40% slower than others, i lost 38lbs in 6.5months, but still you'll reach your goal weight, just stick to the program.  What i could suggest is to buy a kilo of each kind of protein, then weigh it according to meal1, 2, 3... mark it so you could enjoy diff kind of proteins in your journey... re veggies should be bought more often since they dont have long shelf life.
@wife2be, hi wifey, how's married life?? ;)

@giegie, goodluck on your journey sis.  ang masusuggest ko lang sayo weigh your proteins once a week para every time na you have to cook mamimili ka nalang kung alin sa mga proteins mo ang iluluto.  Tapos ako kasi ok lang sakin kahit iisang protein lang ang kainin ko kahit araw araw.... seriously si hubby ang nasasawa sa food ko :D pero ako kasi basta masarap ang food ok lang kahit ulit ulit... my favorites are shrimp (lagyan ko lang ng salt, pepper, onion and garlic  powder) then fry with little spray of olive oil, then there is the beef tapa and ang isa pa sa main stay sa menu ko ay nilagang beef kasi binabatch cook ko to (tamad talaga :D).  tapos ang main stay sa mga gulay for me is tomato and cucumber (hindi madali magwilt eh)... Good luck sis!

update: yey! today I lost exactly 50lbs since I started and I've been on Cohen for 76 days pa lang!!! happy happy!!!!

^for protein bili ka ng at least 3 kinds para in case masawa ka sa isa, meron ka agad instant option. kasi pag wala ang tendency ay kakain ka ng iba na wala sa plan. for veggies every 3 days pag gusto mo ng leaves, pero pag puro pipino at green pepper naman ang kakainin mo, pwede ka na mag shop nun and it will last sa fridge for a week =) goodluck ang welcome to cohen lifestyle.
