@rainbow, hinay hinay ka lang sa pagkain sa labas, dyan kasi ako nagka prob. if you want eat out ka lang during weekends at dinner lang, kundi matutulad ka sa akin na balik sa EP, kasi diba if you gain more than 4kg baka hindi na daw mag work yung plan sayo, nag gain kasi ako ng 4kg kaya balik plan ako.  Just weigh yourself everyday till mag maintain ang weight mo.
@freshpicks, bili ka muna sa healthy options or contis ng wasa para lang maka start ka na.  Sayang ang momentum mo, lalo nat naka mind set ka na.  GO GO GO!
@krystienne, same tayo ng prob, consti forever...
Senna Tea ang allowed na laxative tea mga sis, mabilis lang to bilin lalo na sa mga groceries, Kankunis and Biguerlai is samples of senna tea, generic name ang senna eh... Psyllium husk don't work for me, masakit siya sa sikmura.   :(

Crackers and fruit allowance MUST be taken on first 7-10 days of the program.. Eto ang nakalagay sa EP namin, I'm wondering iba-iba kaya ang EP kada country?

sis amberstar, advisory lang kasi yung nakalagay about sa all fruit at all cracker allowance in 7 - 10 days, hindi sya mandatory, baka sa philippines nilagay na "MUST" kasi ayaw nila mahirapan yung client nila during the first 10 days =)

mahirap nga naman talaga na bigla kang mag cut back ng carbs, lalo na yung mga super kain before ng diet at hindi nag allot ng ilang days for preparation =)

hello everybody!!! after looking for a website about cohen's, i came across dito sa GIRLTalk...about the Cohen's diet thread... I was able to read so many facts about it...pati [textspeak!] mga questions ko nasagot din dahil sa kakabasa :) Kaya i decided to register na din to join the fun... I'll be turning 40 kasi this November and I think what a better gift for myself than to loose weight. As of the moment kasi, I'm considered very obesed 180lbs. at 5'2" in height. :( I plan to enroll in the program and hopefully, I pass the qualifications.  :)

hi sis freshpicks,  yes, you will get a list of crackers na allowed.  If you are in Manila, bili ka na ng Jacobs hi-cal while you are at the center for endorsement (kung meron pa available).  Meron kasi ngayon shortage in Manila.  Bili ka ng madami!!!  (hoarders ang mga cohenites!) hehe.

For your constipation, have you tried colonoscopy?

It's so fun to read the success stories here.  My ex bfs cousin is also into the cohen diet and she's losing weight daw talaga.  Hindi ba puwede mag share ng list of things to eat pag same blood type?

kahit same blood type kasi magkakaiba ang blood profile ng mga tao, yung internal organs capacity kasi ang base nung doctor ^_^ yung officemate ko same blood type kami pero magkaiba kami ng diet.

francesigh, it is a US brand, i forgot the brand. Pero sa Lulu ko sya nabili. check ko ulit pagbalik ko dun mamaya or tomorrow.

@freshpicks, i went to landmark trinoma last night, ang daming jacobs low salt hi fibre.  Ang may shortage lang ata is yung jacobs hical original.
@jingjilicious, welcome and join the fun, pag natangap ka then that means you're still healthy and you're doing it in the right time. ;)
@rainbow, musta na?  tip toe lang dapat into maintenance ha, wag full blast...  sayang new figure... ;) mag reset ka agad if nag carb overload ka para di ka na uli bumalik sa EP.  Carb ko usually is nuts, seeds, chips but i realize na i have to stop eating nuts and seeds kasi it's causing my insulin to spike up so i end up craving more. tip toe tip toe... :)

thanks kreez! kayang-kaya mo rin to :)

@amberstar: thanks sis! naiimagine ko tuloy sarili ko na ballerina..hehe! i'll try to follow your advice. tomorrow i'll weigh myself. sana wag naman ako magimbal..hahaha. sa case mo ba, ilang weeks bago nagstabilize ang weight mo after refeed? if i do the 48 hr reset, carbs lang yung tatanggalin ko tama ba? i can still eat the food in my refeed plan? sorry ang dami kong tanong hehe ...pareho tayo, i am nuts about nuts! how are you doing by the way? i hope magwork pa rin your old EP :)

@freshpicks: i love eating meiji's plain crackers..they taste like skyflakes. masarap din yung nabisco premium saltine crackers original as recommended by francesigh and yung kavli crispy thin! for a buttery taste, i've also tried the hup seng wholemeal crackers (although not sure kung available diyan sa pinas). yung wasa and finn crisp, i find them kinda dry hehe

@jingjilicious: goodluck sis! hindi nagkakalayo weight and height natin when i started the program.

in my EP, it is also a must to eat all the fruits and cracker allowance for the first 10 days. iba siguro pag online?

@rainbow, ok lang mga questions, buti ka nga nag ask eh, ako as in feeling ko kayang kaya ko ang maintenance, i didn't even follow the maintenance guidelines natin and gues [textspeak!], di din ako nag reset kahit once + naka add din siguro mga comments ng tao na "grabe ang payat payat mo na" saka "hoy kumain ka naman"... :(  balik EP uli ako till mawala ang 4kg, kaya I'm warning you not to go overboard like i did and follow guidelines.  Now I have a more concrete plan sa maintenance, uulitin ko muna refeed ko then paplanuhin ko mabuti lahat, i found out i like structure so I'm making one for myself.  Last night chineck ko yung food diary ko from day1 till day140 ng maintenance, as in hindi nag settle ang weight ko, dahan dahan siyang umakyat gram by gram.  Hayz! dapat sundin ang guidelines talaga, next time i eat carbs it would be after protein na, promise!  I don't have problem sa sweets, sa carbs like chips, nuts, seeds & dimsum/noodle ako may prob.  I think my body doesn't like carbs too much so I'm planning to limit carbs into 1x a week lang. Naku pm na lang kaya tayo, baka maguluhan mga nasa EP pa...
