I booked online with xpresscourier solution the other day. Mabuti na lang I asked my hubby to call them up the following day to make sure na na-book nga yung pick up ko. Hayun, I was informed na down yung system nila kaya di nila ma-access. In short, kung di tumawag si hubby, mamumuti ang mata ko kahihintay.
Pero pinick up naman nila the same day and they made up for it. Ang lesson lang, better to call them up than book online para sure.
Ang ok lang dito, may sumasagot sa phone unlike with Xend and Philfox. Oh well, bago pa kasi itong xpresscourier, malalaman natin kung mahusay pa rin sila pag tagal-tagal. Jaded na ko sa mga small and cheap courier services kasi. Pag dumami ang clients, di na maka-keep up sa demand.
