True sis!

Maganda dito until 4pm ang buking ng same day pick up.

Min. Of 2 days waiting time bago madeliver lalo kung provincial. Maganda dito until 2pm ang same day b0oking.

Jam global: waley to, d sumipot. Nakapag pabo0k na ako kaso d dumating buti nalang maraming courier na nag o0ffer ng same day pick up.

Sharing my personal experience with Metrowide Courier Express...

I have been using MCE for almost 2 years already and so far, twice pa lang sila nadelay na pag-deliver ng package. First, it was due to heavy rains. Second was because the motorcycle of their rider broke down.

I like them since they are efficient compared to Xend. Yes, they do have same day delivery but do not expect them to it that day when you asked them to pick up at your place around 3pm na. Parang for me, predict na what will happen. For sure, they won't be able to deliver it na sa dami ng pick up nila.

The trick is to ALWAYS CALL EARLY and just to be on the safe side, don't commit with your buyers that you can promise their item to be at their doorstep the same day. :)

Give your buyers a cut off time of payment para hindi ka naghahabol ng courier. :)

I used to ship with MCEXPRESS. I was with them for two years... But then, they lost a package and suddenly, I couldn't contact them anymore... EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ayoko na mag-rant kasi I already did in the previous thread hehe).

I hope what happened to me will not happen to you... Incidentally, I switched to PHILFOX... and let me just say.. the rates are cheap and the delivery on time... best of all, madali tawagan. SUPER FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. :)

Pag sa JAM Global ba how do you book a pick up schedule? Do u call or book online? Kasi nagbook ako online never dumating. I tried calling all their contact details sa website nila, walang sumasagot. And i did that for about  4 days.

based on my observation..mura ang JRS pag regular shipping lang like 2-3 days before ma-receive ni customer..if express delivery naman like if you are sending 1KG and below item, mas mura pa nga LBC which is 140 pesos compared to JRS na 240, right???  :P
