^ yan din ang sabi ng rider ko. imagine halos lahat ng matatagal nilang employees umalis. there must really be something wrong.

sa mga nagtatanong kung pinaka-ok ang philfox...based on my experience, reliable sila SO FAR. Emphasis supplied kasi baka pag dumami na rin ang clients nila, maging katulad na rin sila ng XEND.

The most reliable pa rin for me is Air 21. Kaso doble sila ng rate ng philfox at hindi pa nagpi-pick up. Kaya best option for me now is Philfox.

nyay yung rider ko din dito sa makati just resigned sa xend and nung saturday pumunta dito at nagabot ng fliers ng philfox. nyay dami na pala nagaalisan sa xend. sabi kasi ng rider ko minsan daw gang 1am me work sila without OT e dito daw sa philfox khit ala OT me incentive naman daw tska yun nga hindi ganun ka toxic work nila. mas mura din kasi rate ng philfox for 1kg dito sa MM 40 pesos lang daw unlike sa xend na 65 pesos. i will check din muna, syang din kasi ang badge ko sa xend if ever. hehe

hi mga sis panu ba mag pa ship ng products? kunwari may online shop ako tapos may customer ako na malayo sakin ipapaship ko panu ba ang process saka usually magkanu ang shipping ng products. Thanks

walang registration sis, palamuti lang sa website nila yun.

they don't have online booking, but you may call or text the numbers provided in the site. they will text you back. Then later, just ask for the rider's number.

Ako yung rider na lang dito sa area namin ang tinetext ko. Nagre-reply naman sya every time.

^ yun lang ang downside kasi they're still a new company e. Pero mas preferred ko na to kahit walang badge kesa mahassle ako nang husto with xend.

Yes reliable ang philfox. Naka more than hundred shipments na ako dati. At nirerequest ko parati sa rider na ihuli ako, malapit lang din kasi ako sa office nila kaya minsan 5 or 6 na dumadatin si kuya rider maaga nya ang 3 or 4 pm.

nagkaproblem na din ako sa pagship sa kanila twice, kasi di malocate ng LBC yung address ng consignee tapos 3 days after bago nila ako ininform kaya ayun naggagalaiti yung client ko. Ang maganda sa kanila thru text magrereply sila ng hinaing ng customers nila kahit tawagan sila, at talagang kumikilos sila kapag may reklamo ka o nanghihingi ka ng update.

^agree, nung may hinanap kaming items sa cotabato, ibinigay pa nung nandito sa metro manila yung contact number nung taga cotabato na puwedeng kontakin para ma-check agad. Good thing lahat sila naka-sun din.. ok ang customer service nila

Philfox na din gamit ko for shipping. So far so good! Wala pa ko naging problem. Super bait din ng rider dito sa area namin. Siya ang rider dati sa xend then nag transfer sya to philfox kaya nag change courier na din ako hehe. Mas cheaper ang rates nila than xend!

I initially used JRS. Then I recently tried JAM Global. I booked online ng Thurs for June 30. They sent me the confirmation ng Friday for a July 1. Fine. Dumating and July 1 (Sunday). Natapos na ang July2 (today, Monday). Nada. I called all their numbers, even the cp #, since Saturday. I also texted them. Walang sumasagot. So I am super disappointed with them. I had to switch back to JRS and just offered free SF. Buti na lang malapit lang JRS sa amin.

I don't want to try Xend kasi hindi maganda ang feedback. Itong Philfox mukhang OK ang feedback.

Been using Philfox for over a year now, meron mga problems minsan but I'd stayed with them because of their excellent customer service. I highly reccomend philfox!
