^sis, I wear 5 to 6 inches heels and I'd say practice and get a good pair :)
I usually buy half a size bigger sa actual size ko if it's a closed toe heels and I put
comfortable insole para carry lang.

I also wear heels pero pag platform type or [textspeak!] parang elevator na, I find it dangerous na, I could loose my balance, tapes stiletto pa.

I dont wear stilettos sis hehe I prefer platforms or with thick heels so even if its 5-6 inches high, ok lang :) saludo ako sa mga girls na confident sa stiletto

You can start sa wedges na really high, or actually anything that has platforms and a thick heel :) The higher the platform, the more comfortable it is. Dun ako nasanay kapag naglalakad na naka-heels - the chunky heel and the platform really help with the balance. Maraming styles sa CMG na hindi naman nagmumukhang baduy yung medyo thick na heel. Tas after nun, keri na lang sa stilettos!

Practice really makes perfect. you'll get immune pag lagi ka nang naka heels. I prefer 5 to 6 inch heels, nababaduyan ako pag mababa (YABANG) haha but its true. Basta may platform, easy nalang mag stiletto  ;)

ako, i sticked to Michael Antonio na. started with wedge na 4.5" tapos super comfortable niya, i can walk up to 18 hours wearing it. unlike sa Aerosoles, malambot tapakan niya kaso napupulikat ako kapag long walk. i bought stilettos na 4" and 5" right after sa MA, then paguwi ko lang nadiscover na super nipis ng heel niya, ganon siya ka-comfortable :) scary lang kasi baka mastuck sa escalator sa nipis :P lots of celebrities wear it din hehe. Steve Madden is also a good brand. Sa Charles & Keith and Aldo, parang ang hard ng shoes nila on me, nasusugatan ako.

you can also buy heel cushions or heel grips. also, di ko sure kung available locally yung Moleskin. dati kasi i use bandaids tapos lalagyan ko ng cotton sa gitna then didikit ko sa shoes, sa spot where i get cut.

Saan meron Michael Antonio?

For me, Steve Madden and Aldo para hard wood, waah, matigas siya, parang walang shock absorber when you walk. Work-around for it is use cushions or gels underneath. Aerosoles and others na malambot nga sa talampakan pero yung fabric around your feet naman matigas, nasusubsob kasi feet forward eh, usually sa toes na ako mapapaltos. Wala ng gels/cushions for the toes na. I also don't like heavy shoes.

I miss wearing heels, kaso parang kulang kasi sa foot support (hard outer shell) and cushioning (soft inside). I almost had a bunion (spur/bone outgrowth) for wearing too much heel. Kita lang siya through X-ray, but my feet was in so much pain pag too long in high heels.
