Thanks for posting some items here. I have a list sa bahay pero parang kulang din for me. Especially the documents for admission.
Thank you Lord for our new inspiration!

^mommy daveigh, prepare ka na! Lapit ka na mag 36th week. :)
Eto experience ko from st lukes qc. Just gave birth last nov 4 2012. Here are the things that we brought:

Important documents
-birthplan from ob/ob records/ultrasounds, basta all documents during your pregnancy- lahat yan hihingin sa admission
-philhealth/sss- during payment na
-name ng baby
-photocopy of marriage certificate-2 photocopies
-stemcord/ cordblood
-ballpen

Mommy stuff
-maternity pads and adult diaper- important yan, after you give birth magbbleed ka talaga, i used adult diaper first 2 days then maternity pads na after

Baby stuff
-mga clothes ni baby (mga 4-5sets)
-cetaphil/ lactacyd or any body wash ni baby-addtional payment kasi yan pag nagrequest kayo sa nurse
-underpads-for mommy and baby

Others
-mineral water
-extra spoon and fork at small axion pang hugas ng utensils
-biscuit/ anything to nibble

This list is from st lukes qc lang ah. Ü

^wala naman format. Ang st lukes kasi may sariling format na ni-sisign ng mga OB togethet with your admission slip. For me halimbawa:
-admit, ie, inform me (ob) then attach contraction and babys heartbeat monitor
-at hrpu during labor with 2-immediate family
-administer epidural
-can still be given solid food as per my approval, if not iv
-once 10cm dilated proceed to labor and delivery room

Yes mommy normal delivery ako. Baby's out by sunday morning and we were able to go home by tue morning.
Reg rooming in, once the baby's out and cleaned, kasabay mo si baby ilabas from delivery room to recovery room, then from recovery room to regular room. Nka incubator yata ang baby for a day... :)

Eh dito sa US lahat free milk, diaper, newborn clothing at may free bag ka pa with stufff inside pag uwe mo.

^yeah tell your ob reg the high risk pregnancy unit (hrpu).

And few pieces of undepads. :)
