^yung binibili ko lang sis eh yung nakikita ko sa puregold. forgot the brand pero meron din nabibili nito sa mga sm supermarkets. ganun din ba yung nabili mo na hindi kamo masarap sis? balak ko kasi gayahin yung spicy seafood bagoong ng rice in a box. aside from crab sticks, dagdagan nalang ng corn, carrots and kung may time bumili ng squid hehe.

Paborito din to ng anak ko. Sa akin naman feeling ko malaking factor yung garlic :) i use garlic presser tapos niroroast ko yung garlic, set aside yung iba para itop ko nalang siya after.. good thing, my 4years old son loves garlic too ;D

Bagoong Rice

ground pork or beef
garlic
bagoong
ripe mango
rice

saute garlic, add meat then bagoong.
add rice and mango.

kailangan lang masarap yung bagoong. may binibilhan ako sa fruit stand sa mayon market. walang brand pero ang sarap!

My version of fried and the whole family loves it.

Ing: rice, egg, carrots, peas, ground pork, shrimp, chicken and chinese sausage (not chorizo), ginisa flavor mix, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Sa separate pan, isteam or boil yung chinese sausage then chopped it on small pieces ag luto na.

Ilagay ang oil then ground pork till cooked add shrimp, then beaten egg on the side until cooked like an omelet then durugin lang sa pan pagluto na haluin lahat ilagay yung cooked rice, caarrots , peas, chinese sausage and mix them all. Then ginisa flavor, garlic powder, salt pepper according sa taste nyo amd thats it. Happy Eating!

Yung akin depende kung ano nasa ref lol!

Ingredients:
Mixed veggies
Butter
King Sue chorizo cut ng maliliit
Hotdog cut ng maliliit
Ham cut din ng maliliit
Chives or spring onions

1. Boil mixed veggies and chorizo separately.
2. In a very little oil, stir fry the hotdogs and ham, when cooked, add butter.
3. Add the mixed veggies and chorizo.
4. Add the rice. Sangag mo as usual.
5. Pag mainiit na yung sinangag, add the beaten egg. wag mo agad haluin. Let it sit for about a minute then tsaka mo haluin. This will give the yellowish color sa rice and yung bits of cooked egg na din.
6. Season with salt.
7. Top with chopped chives just before serving para maganda tignan hehe. :)

Masarap din pala ihalo yung left over adobo sa fried rice.. Chop lang ng husto yung meat then lagay ng oil add the meat hangang sa maging crispy set aside taska lagay ang garlic, crushed garlic, pag malutong na set aside again, then make an scrambled egg, chopped tapos rice, mixed veggies at sauce nung adobo kung meron, then put back the crispy meat and garlic, top with onion spring at yun na :)
