sis you can put any leftovers na food sa fried rice mo,. just add carrots and celery or onion stalks para maging makulay.

sample:

2 hotdogs, slice them into small cubes (any leftovers  like adobo/tinapa/etc)
1 cup carrots, diced din
garlic, diced din
1 egg
celery / or onion stalks

igisa ang bawang, ilagay ang hotdog & carrots, add the rice, put some salt and add liitle magic sarap(pampasarap), then pag tingin mo ok na yung rice, ilagay o yung scramble egg, ilagay mo yung egg sa gitan(gawa ka ng hole para maluto or puede mo na rin iluto ng separate or isabay dun sa hotdog and carrots, then put the celery para maging makulay. :)

sana makatulong. hehehhe

masarpa din if tinapa or shrimp ang ilalagay mo sa fried rice. :)
God is great! :)

sis, here are some ideas from yummy.ph :)

kami usually it's just rice + garlic + egg then leftover na adobo or kaya hotdog, ham, bacon or yung dried fish na hinimay. halo-halo lang until maluto :)
There are four basic food groups: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate & chocolate truffles. ♥

Sis madalas ko ginagawa yung katulad sa rice in a box.

Oyter Sauce and Rice. 1 tablespoon sauce equivalent to 1 cup rice.
you can't always have people to love you, but you can always make them fear you.

Eto naman ang sa akin, parang sa inyo lang din :D

Buhaghagin muna yung left over rice then ipasok sa ref.
1 small potato, julienne cut, babad muna sa cold water
1 or 2 pcs of egg
garlic
onion
Longganisang bawang/shrimp/left over adobo/chicken/pork (kung anong trip mo, pili ka lang) cut into small pcs lang
Chorizo de bilbao
Carrot,julienne cut
Baguio beans, julienne cut
Petsay baguio/cabbage, shredded

Fry mo muna sa konting oil yung potato, set aside
Next is yung egg, scrambled then ichop mo pagkaluto, set aside
Saute garlic, onion, meat, baguio beans and carrot, chorizo, then yung rice.
Diretso ang halo
Lagyan ng konting oystersauce and soysauce. . .mix mix mix
Magic sarap or kung anong seasoning trip mo. . .
Konting paminta and chili powder if trip mo ng maanghang
Pag malapit na maluto lagay na yung potato, egg and cabbage.
Mix mix mix. . .
Yan na!

My sister's helper makes what she calls "Sausage Galore" fried rice - she just mixes these with leftover rice:

hotdogs
Vienna sausage
Chinese chorizo
chopped spring onions/white onions (you can even use leeks)
scrambled eggs

- even my kiddie nieces love this, no need for additional ulam na for breakfast ;)

I love using corned beef for fried rice.
Cook corned beef first in a little oil, then remove from pan
Add oil
Fry garlic
Add salt
Pour in day-old rice
Stir
Mix in cooked corned beef
Serve

A friend of mine adds raw egg just before serving :)

Try using Frabelle Foods Longganiza hamonado in your fried rice! With its garlicky smoked flavor nothing can go wrong :) i fry old rice, add mixed veggies, salt, and add sliced longganiza, perfect for brekky!
