Ask ko lang if may sis na nakatira dito or may kakilala kayo who lives here. May nakita kase kaming lot dito na nagustuhan namin but may narinig kaming "tsismis" na mahirap daw magpatayo nang house dito sa area na ito dahil expensive ang mga babayaran mo sa subdivision para mapayagan ka na magpatayo nang house. true ba? balak kase sana namin na hahatiin namin the lot gagawin namin na 2house ang papatayo namin like a duplex
