Almost all humor has an element of truth to it.. and coming from us girls, we often use it as a hint (unspoken stuff) hahaha! guys, read between the lines...

Anyway, it's good that they see you as a guy trapped in a girl's body.  There's hope for you.

^ 'Yun nga e. They see me as a dude/pare and not a girlfriend material. I'm that girl they'll never consider dating because, as per one guy told me, hindi raw kami talo.

Not that I'm being cocky pero hindi naman ako chaka ha! I'm kikay naman and I have a decent job. 'Yun nga lang, feeling ko ang reason why I'm seen as just a friend is because of this humor. Not that I'm complaining, I like my life drama-free. I'm just saying that having a good sense of humor is not always an advantage.

for the sense of humor, thats all good. but dont be the clown type lest you become a friend rather than a beloved.

Guys usually like girls who can make "sakay" sa green jokes. Well of course, huwag naman yung sobra sobra.

In my opinion, having a good sense of humor is always a plus regardless of gender. I agree with Mimiku that a girl should be able to ride along with some subtle green jokes especially if she has a certain level of trust with the guy initiating the joke. We have to be mature enough to realize that people can't help but think about these stuff sometimes. It's a reality already. If we try to suppress what sensual thoughts we have, we might come off as not being ourselves and untrusting, making it more difficult to express ourselves. And also, try to gauge first the mood of the person who you're telling a joke to.

My husband loves my weird (often inappropriate and politically incorrect) sense of humor, maybe that's why he married me. He's the only one though. Most guys would simply recoil in disgust, avoid me as if I were a plague or stare at me with glassy eyes.

malaking point kung may great sense of humor ang gf/bf manliligaw or crush mo kasi iba talaga eh konting bagay mapapatawa ka at hindi kayo mauubusan nag pagkukwentuhan hehe, pero may situation din naman na like me super duper napapatawa ako ng guy na to pero hindi ko talaga siya type eh kaya nung nanligaw hindi ko din sinagot, siguro the best combination lang talaga pag type mo na may sense of humor pa winner!
