I've been taking cranberry tablets pa nga for healthy urinary track. tapos I always wear and change panty liners naman. ngwawash din naman ako... chineck ko din kung may yeast infection ako.. wala [textspeak!] lht ng symptoms sakin . Am I just over reacting? HELP PLEASE!

You should visit an OB sis. Get yourself checked. Yung discharge kasi natin may kinalaman din sa kinakain natin. Do you wax or shave down there? Pwede din yun ang culprit. But better get checked para mapayuhan ka ng doc ng tama.

As a college student I attended a seminar by an ob-gyne. She said pantyliners aren't good for the vagina kahit lagi tayong nagpapalit. Some fibers may get left behind and may harbor germs that can cause unpleasant sensations or odor. She also said that it's better not to wash our underwear using regular laundry detergents like the ones advertised on tv. Masyadong matapang daw yung detergents na 'to and can also cause irritation. She actually suggested using Perla soap instead to wash undies. And lastly, cotton undies daw are best for our v's.
The best solution, of course, as scaryriddle said is to visit your own ob-gyne. She can better explain the changes that you're currently undergoing as you enter your 20s. :)
