I love milk! I drink the full cream variants, usually I get the one from Selecta but if there it isn't available any brand will do.

before i hate it coz nage-lbm ako after pero ngayon love ko na sya I dont know why hindi sumasakit tyan ko after uminom...every night ako nag fresh milk...

I only like milk on my cereal. I used to drink flavored soy milk before when i was on a diet kasi di ko mainom yung non fat e. i tried it again lately, di ko na makayanan.

nasira lang.

I drink anlene choco lang for calcium but not regularly.

I bought Marigold Full Cream Milk in Rustans. I love it pero same taste lang sila ng Selecta Full Cream Milk.
