^kung pinadala thru LBC dapat may tracking number yun.. tell your SIL to ask for the tracking number. sakit sa ulo sobra nyan, i feel you kasi hindi rin ako sa manila nakabase and siempre tayong mga mommies yung mga pics/video kasi remembrance ng pinaghirapan natin i-organize na party so of course if sinabi satin na at a certain date na pinadala we expect na makukuha agad, but it's been a week already :(

wala bang contract ang child lounge? kasi dapat may contract yan para may habol ka if ever.

^sis, wala kasi ako contract eh,huhuhu. may fault, dapat I insisted for a contract. hindi ko pa nga masabi sa hubby ko na nagkakaroon ako ng problema sa photo ng bady, still hoping na masolve na eto before end of this week.

i posted before dun sa page nila about sa status ng CD, ayun, they deleted my post lang. :(

Customer service is VERY important for me. I'm all about excellent outputs (eh kaya ka nga magi-invest ng money on photographers kase you want the best diba) but huge turn off for me ang hinde prompt sumagot and sangkatutak ang excuses.

There are really good photographers around but what makes them develop their following is the way they treat and handle their customers. Magaling ka nga eh pro palusot ka naman and puro delays, eh why would I put my money on you kung pasasakitin mo lang ulo ko. This is exactly how I felt towards the photographer I got for my daughter's birthday. Sure, he had really excellent shots and outputs. Pero ang photobook na dapat 30 working days eh naging 5 months. Hinde sumasagot sa text and FB messages -- oh yeah, sumagot naman sa FB after a couple of weeks (tama ba yon?). Ang mga excuses, kesyo natambakan daw ng clients (kasalanan ko??), napadala na daw sa printing company pero naabutan ng holidays (September pa kase party ng anak ko ah), and the worst of all: NAUBUSAN DAW NG PAPER ang printing company. At nung ready na yung photobook, ako pa nagbayad ng shipping fee. Galing diba? No matter how good he is with his work, kung ganto ka-bulok ang system nya, never mind. So yes, excellent outputs is a major point but customer service is a deciding factor too.

Sorry to hear about your bad experiences with those photographers.

Luckily I didn't have such experience during my son's 7th birthday

I am a very satisfied client, I love the pictures.

I had SHUTTERCOUNT for my son's party

you may check out their work..their service is very affordable and FAST :)

just to update you:

He emailed me na and said sorry sa delays kasi hindi daw nila naayos yung schedule nila properly kaya natambakan yata sila. NGAYON pa lang ipapadala (sana lang) yung CD.

He's also aware of my posts here in GT eh. He said na magiging lesson nadaw sa kanila yung mga nangyari.

Ako naman, Im willing to wait as long as you tell me honestly kung bakit madedelay. I just hope na ipapadala na nga today yung CD. I also told him na sana when I receive the CD, it will not be another disappointment kasi I read here na nung nakuha yung CD eh wala ni isa ang edited picture. But as I've said, kahit raw pictures / video lang eh ok na ako, basta makuha ko lang remembrance ng bday ng daughter ko.

^  Nikz, kinuha ko ang videographer ni John for two events.  Okay naman, malinaw ng quality plus maayos ang editing, all the important parts are captured sa video, may raw vid ka pa.  Hindi siya kasing-cinematic ng style ng Thor though.

Ang importante, madaling kausap at professionl si John.

hi mga sis, share ko lang experience ko with childlounge. i also booked them for our event thru email lang. mabilis naman sila magrespond. same as others, wala din kami contract so thru email ko na lang din sila pinagconfirm,di daw talaga sila nagsesend ng contract. they also did not asked me to pay the deposit. after the party na lang daw pay in full, kaya nakakaba kase la ako pinanghahawakan. nag trust na lang ako sa kanila at sa mga moms dito at sa SP na nagpatotoo naman na sumisipot sila. two weeks before the party nag email uli ako, ok naman, booked pa din daw ako. a few days after the party tinext ko naman sila, ayun ok pa din. the day of the party maaga naman sila at sa tingin ko masipag naman sa pagkuha ng pics. nung matapos na party, nagbayad na syempre ako dun nila ko ininform na 2 months pa makukuha ang mga cd and two days after the party daw yung teaser, which up to now is wala pa. so um-ok ako sa 2 months pero sabi ko bakit nga ang tagal. madami daw kase sila clients. and dahil nga high ako sa party(successful kase),umoo na lang ako and inintindi ko na lang sila. ng malaman ni hubby, ayun nagalit bakit daw ganun katagal, kahit raw pics daw muna. so tinext at email ko si jesseron, once lang ata nagreply sa email sa text di nagrereply. sa inis ni hubby, he called him up and pina rush yung pics, kahit nga RAW. then yesterday i got a call from jesseron, isinend na daw nila thru LBC yung cd, edited na daw yun pero pics pa lang. yung video after 2 months pa nga daw. and true to his word naman, we got the cd today. maganda naman kinalabasan. captured mga reactions ng guests, saka maganda anak ko sa mga pics (sabagay pretty naman talaga si daughter, hehe) pero me isang portion ng program na di ko nakita sa pics kaya i texted him and wala pa reply sabagay its late na rin kase (kakatapos ko lang i-view yung pics) so baka tomorrow pa mag reply.

so yung iba natin sisses dito na nag rereklamo, totoo yun, hindi sila naninira. matagal talaga output, good thing lang yung sa amin ay ni-rush (w/o sacrificing the quality i think coz naimpress pa din naman ako). siguro dapat magdagdag sila ng tao, di nila kakayanin kung sila sila lang, masisira lang sila. im sad nga din na madami nag back out sa kanila. sayang naman ang talent nila.

sa mga kukuha sa kanila (sana meron pa), iinsist nyo ang contract (sabagay ako kinulit ko din sila dyan), dapat nakalagay lahat ng details hanggang delivery. yun din kase mali ko,di ko na inalam when i booked them, the delivery dates. so goodluck na lang mga sis. sorry napahaba...

for my son's birthday this June, we booked ShutterCount. so far ok naman sila kausap. nagkagulo lang kami nung nagschedule kami ng pre-event shoot. my husband is not available on weekdays kaya super hirap kami maghanap ng weekend na pwede sila. good thing, naisingit pa kami on April 22 ng morning. natuwa lang ako kze Michelle (one of the photographers na magshoot ka Jabe), hinanap niya ko sa FB and dun kami nag usap through chat. sa chat kami nakapag usap ng maayos sa schedule ng pre-event, and yung chat happened ng 1:30am, so sobrang nakakatuwa kasi yung effort na ganun oras yung work pa rin niya pinag uusapan namin, makapag set lang ng schedule.
mabilis sila magreply sa emails and questions ko.
btw, i got their VIP package, booked them last month lang, and they i got their video services worth 6k :)

Video rate is just 6k :) With teaser na siya but 1 month daw ang turnover. Ok na din with me. At least alam kong matagal :)
