I got Child Lounge for my daughter's 1st bday party last February and he told me that I will be able to get the CD (all edited pictures) days before our flight to Dubai. he told me 2 days before our flight that he already sent the CD but no CD came until now. I asked my sis in law to keep on chasing jesseron kasi he always say na pinadala na thru LBC but days have passed eh wala pa din kami narereceive.
I will definitely not recommend him sa mga friends ko ( though the video he made for my daughter's party is ok) but what I dont like about him is his customer service. He could have easily told me na hindi pa tapos ang editing and will take some time, mas ok pa yun kesa sabihin na ipinadala na and wala din naman pala.
Ang hirap din niya macontact as per my sis in law. By the way, sabi niya sa sis in law ko eh pinadala na daw nung Monday via LBC, but 1 week na ngayon pero wala pa din yung CD.
Please to all moms out there planning to get Child Lounge, be extra careful. Better if you will have a contract in place and receipt para kung ano man ang mangyari eh may habol kayo. Now Im worried kasi i dont have a contract and receipt of payment.
I just hope na makuha ko pa din yung CD.
