Share ko lang experience ko,

I undergo Open Heart Surgery last 2011, It all started with
1. Nahihirapan akong huminga kahit 5 steps lang ng hagdan
2. Chestpain kapag nagbubuhat ng mabigat ska napapagod
3. Nahihilo kapag yumuko
4. Pumapayat ako kahit anong kain ko

I didn't know na malala na pala sakit ko until nagpacheck ako sa cardio, Akala ko sa lungs or my hika lang ako. I have RHD, mitral valve stenosis na pala..Nalaman ko august 2011 naoperahan ako nov 2011.

So if meron kayong nararamdaman na sakit better check with your doctor to make sure, magastos sobra :-\
