Hindi ko rin makita, 1st time u din ba magfile sss maternity? kasi nagsubmit ako docs sa HR namin march 26, tumawag ako sss @
2nd wk april sabi nareceive na nila under evaluation pa.

^first time ko rin mag maternity notification sis. Before nakikita ko online na kapag normal, 30,000. Kapag cs 39,000. Pero I think kaya nila tinanggal kasi hindi naman lahat ganon ang makukuha. It depends sa contribution.

Hello!

Just need to ask in behalf of my ate.

Mga Oct or Nov 2011 nag-resign na sya sa company nya pero nag-voluntary member sya at nagbayad naman ng contributions. Nanganak sya May 6, 2012 at ngayon nagc-complete ng requirements para mapasa na yung MAT-2.

Isa sa requirements for voluntary members is "a copy of approved SS Form E-5". Nagpapatulong sya mag-hanap ng form na 'to kaso wala naman akong makitang ganto sa website ng SSS.

San po or papano makakakuha nitong form na E-5? Sa SSS po ba mismo, or dapat form ito na na-receive na nya before nung nag-apply as voluntary member (baka di lang nya natandaan)?

hindi ko din makita yung maternity benefit ko, though nung 1st nasa P39000 kaya lang lumiit ng ilang hundreds yung contri ko when i had my new job. ang nakikita ko lang yung monthly contributions ko.

Mga sis, help me naman, I was employed last oct2009 and resigned last jun2011, since employed ako active yung SsS ko. Then from july2011 till now never pako nag update ng contri, I am pregnant now and due ko sa Sept. makakahabol pa ba ako sa maternity benefit nila if ever mag change to voluntary member ako now???😓 tia.

^ yes sis may maternity benefit ka pa din kahit hindi updated ang contri mo since nung nag stop ka.. ako july 2010 pa nagresigned pero activated pa din at nagpasa pa din ako ng mat1 and mat2,di pa lang nila accept ang mat2 ko kasi need ko pa pass ng ibang requirements..

sis, kakasubmit ko lang ng requirements ko at voluntary member din ako. wala na daw yang E-5 na yan.

Mga sis, nalilito ako sa instruction na to, I want to update my SsS to voluntary para sa maternity benefit, last na hulog ko was june2011 pa and due date ko sa sept.2012. Can anyone explain pls if magagamit ko yung SSS maternity benefit ko. Baka po kasi sayang yung ihuhulog ko for this year.tia

nagfile na ako ng maternity..tapos mat 2. upon checking kanina sa website, nakalagay sa status ay settled. ano na ang susunod na mangyayari? may letter ba na darating sa akin where to pickup yung check?

Hi,
i just got redundiated, and I failed to update my sss status from married to single (eto na lang ang kulang everything else has been updated BIR, philhealth,pagibig), di pa din ako nakapag notify of my pregnancy. I'm due on Oct 29. Eto ang questions ko:

1. Kaya pa ba kung mag update muna ako ng status bago magpass ng requirements for my maternity benefit?
2. What are the most updated requirements for status update sissies?
3. And since I don't intend to work until next year paano ang contribution nun, monthly or quarterly?
4. Sorry medyo out of Topic na, I don't have any ID's available under my married name, ano ang pinakamadaling makuha? I would need 2 or 3.
5. Regarding philhealth, I know i would need to continue my contribution as well para magamit ko din, do I need to go to the office para sabihin na magvoluntary na lang ako, and pano din ang payment nito, monthly or quarterly?

Medyo naparami na tanong ko, sorry I hope someone can give me an idea how it would go. Thanks sis!

hi sis hoyhoy! congrats on your pregnancy. with your post, i assume voluntary member ka.

update of status - parang weeks lang, nabago na status ko from single to married. just present your marriage certificate sa sss office.

contribution - depends on you. ako kasi quarterly ang contribution. medyo hassle kasi ang monthly for me lalo pa at hindi ko maintindihan yung deadline nila.

ID's - hmm.. yan ang medyo may kahirapan. ako kasi, ang ID ko pa lang under my married name ay philhealth.

Philhealth - i think you need to go to their office para mag-update ng status. payment depends also on you kasi voluntary member ka.

also, inform kita ahead of time ha? ako kasi, nung nagpass ng mat2, hiningan pa ako ng 2 IDs under my married name na. pwera pa dyan yung sss ID. kaya medyo nahirapan ako ng konti. buti kahit papano tinanggap nila yung atm ko under my married name.

^tinanggap naman nila. sa office ako ng philhealth ako nagpunta. buti inaaccept ng sss yung atm ko with married name on it. approved naman na yung maternity ko. wait ko lang ata yung letter.
