Just got back from Bohol. :)

We had the usual tours, panglao and country side. All our tours and accomodations were taken care of cathy, she is extra nice (highly recommended). For our concerns/needs she return my texts promptly. we had kuya jojo and kuya victor as drivers, they were nice as well.

For our first night, we stayed at DBR2. (We didn't get our money's worth!)
CONS:
-They don't have service water, and when we had dinner and carried our own bottle of water more than 1.5 L they charged us a corkage fee.
-DBR2 has very poor customer service. When our dolphin watching and island hopping was cancelled since napakaalon ng dagat, they didn't allow us to use the swimming pool until  8am, kahit pinakiusapan na namin yung life guard nila dun, kasi hindi man lang makapagenjoy yung pamangkin ko at magchecheckout na kmi ng 9am kasi nagcountry side tour na lang kmi ayaw niya talaga at napakasuplado pa. Their hotel staff need to undergo Customer Service Training.
- nagstay kami sa family room nila malaki yung room can accomodate at least 10 persons pero luma, and unmaintained.

For our 2nd and 3rd night, sa El portal inn kami  nagstay. php1250/night for 3pax, very affordable (i got my money's worth). we occupied 2 rooms. they have very accommodating and friendly staff.
