sis ako menu 1 kukunin ko. Tapos magpapadagdag ako ng additional ulam. Seafood. Tapos magdadagdag ako ng dessert na cupcake. TApos magdagdag ako ng muffin at chocolate.

kasi ang plan ko na menu. cocktails ipapaserve ko yung appetizer, lumpiang sariwa, tapos diy na muffin.

tpos yung main menu ko is yung:
menu1 niya plus yung additional seafood. plus yung diy na cupcake. plus yung free ko na chocolate fountain

50 pesos pag beef or seafood
30 pesos pag vegetable
40 pesos pag chicken or pork
30 pesos pag dessert
25 pessos pag appetizer
20 pessos pag soup

Sis, Si Bernie na florist ng ma-del's. Supposedly 50s diner kasi ang theme with ma-del as caterer. Since we didn't push thru with 50s wedding, Kinuha namin Si anj and Bernie of ma-del's to style the church and reception venue.

Beef: Spanish Beef Calderetta
Chicken: Chicken Cordon Bleu
Pork: Pork Royale with Honey Dip
Seafood: Boneless Relyenong Bangus
Veggies: Open Fresh Lumpia

Pure happiness.. halos maiyak ako nun makita yun setup sa reception namin ni Anj yesterday.
More than what we had expected. Confident kami ni hubby na magiging maganda pero di namin expected na super ganda. Lahat ng guest nasarapan sa food. ang babait ng staff nila Anj. Salamat talaga kay Anj and sa team Madel.

Nakapag-contract signing na kami with Ms. Anj.
Kahit dati pa I know it will be Madel's. I don't know, basta sa pagbabasa ko pa lang dito and sa nakita kong styling niya on one of her weddings super confident ako.
Sabi ko nga sa kanya sa lahat ng suppliers ko sa kanya ako pinakanagtitiwala. =)

happy bride of Ma Del's last Dec. 8. super love ko yung set-up nya nung wedding namin. first wedding daw nya yun na nag-full winter theme sya. it's more than what we've discussed. super elegant ng set-up. love the crystals and twigs / stems. ganda ganda ng background namin

sa food, our guests gave good feedbacks on assorted canopies, pumpkin soup, beef caldereta, chicken cordon bleu, buco pandan jello, and open fresh lumpia. not-so good feedback on hawaiian fish fillet and white chocolate fountain. on baked macaroni, no feedback at all, hehe. if you'll ask me how about my opinion? hehe, wala akong nalasahan nung kumakain ako. ganun ata talaga pag madalian lang yung kain, di ko na-enjoy. pero si hubby, natuwa sya, the food tasted as we wanted.

i'm thakful din kina anj kasi even we ordered our lechon from other supplier (elar's), sila pa rin yung nag-chop. and the way it was chopped, bite size talaga. so yun, super enjoy sa lechon mga guests namin, pati pala ako, hehe.

over-all, love ko talaga si anj. sa lahat ng naging suppliers namin, sa kanya ako naging kampante talaga na she'll deliver. stress-free rin yung naging transactions all through out the preparations. naka-ilang food tasting kami sa kanya.

mga sis dapat pag may kwento meron din pics hahaha. excited lang ako masyado sa setup ni ms anj hehe. pahingi naman ng mga pics sis. Hindi kasi nakakapagupdate si ms anj since last year. Thanks!

honga sis pwede bang gawin carving station yung lechon? Pano ginawa nila ms anj pala sa lechon? balak ko rin elars eh baka pwede nang si ms anj ang magorder tapos pay nalang ng additional hehe.

^ haha, sis hanson, pagkuha ko ng raw pics sa p&v namin, mag-post ako promise. yun mga kuha kasi ng guests namin, medyo don't give justice dun sa actual set-up. tsaka pag di na busy si anj, dalawin namin sya ni hubby to personally thank her & get copy of the photos she has. nung mismong kasal, lutang kami sa saya kaya nung kinakausap kami ni anj after the event, di kami nakapag-thank you nang bongga.

re: lechon, nag-serve sila per table. pero sabi naman ng mga guests namin, bumabalik sila dun sa lechon station. go for elars sis ("s" not "z"), di ka magsisisi. yun ang pinakapatok na food sa mga guests namin. not sure if okay kay anj na sya ang um-order sa elars, pingping ata yung supplier nya.

Soon to be madel's bride. Pinipilit ko talaga si h2b na sya ang kunin. At base sa nababasa kong review sa kanya talagang decided na ko. Sana lang wala pang nakabook sa wedding date namin....

mga sis, ma del's bride din ako. sa june 2013 ang wedding ko. pa-help naman, yung wedding ko kasi same venue ang ceremony & reception, parang carmina-zoren ang dating.

pasok ba sa standard package ni ms. anj ang ganitong setup?
