Hi mga sis, anyone of you knows kung ina-allow si hubby sa delivery room sa chinese general hospital?

hi ifcastro! when I was in CGH last 2011, di pwede si hubby sa DR although pwedeng kunan si baby ng picture. Yung nurse ang kukuha, hihingin nya lang kay hubby yung camera. Si hubby, just waiting outside DR.

hi ifcastro! you may ask your OB kung pwede i-request. baka pwede ka pagbigyan kahit sandali lang si hubby. Are you planning to have hubby be the one to cut the umbilical cord? baka pwede kahit sandali lang. malapit ka na manganak? ingat sis!

ask ko lang sisses, pag sinabing hospital package [textspeak!]-ano ba ang usually kasama? i know na excluded ang pf and anes. tia!

^ usually kasama sa hospital package yung delivery room, labor room, room and accommodation, nursery, mga gamit sa admission and nursery kit, minsan pati yung mga gamot and other gamit like cotton, pain relievers, gamit ni baby, etc, unless stated otherwise. it would be better if you ask the hospital kung ano yung inclusions ng package, kasi iba-iba sila inclusions eh.

first time mother po ako
at gusto ko din po huminge ng advice sa inyo...

7 months pregnant na po ako at naghahanap ao ng
hospital na pwede ako manganak dahil
"HIGH RISK" po ako..

yung hospital na afford lang
meron bang hospiatal na ang rate ay 15k pababa
hindi po kasi afford yung mga rates na 15k up..

please help..
malapit na po lumabas c baby kaya kailangan makakita na po
ako ng hospital from fairview po pala ako...

Hi mga sis since sobrang naging helpful ng thread na to sakin share ko din gastos namin at Trinity Hospital at Sta. Ana, Manila my ob is Dr. Anna Jorillo total bill ko 23k, 4k lang pf ng ob ko since family friend namin siya pero 6k lang naman kapag walang discount hehe

Taguig Pateros District Hospital

I gave birth last October 28, 2012. I'm OPD. My doctor is affiliated with this hospital. Semi-private ang room, aircon at 5 patients lang kayo. We spent less than 25k. Kasama na mga gamot na ipapabili sayo kasi government hospital siya.
15k - doctor's fee
6k - anaesthesiologist fee
4k - pedia's fee
3k - hospital fee

May bawas na 40% yan kasi Taguig citizen kami kaya less than 25k lang lahat gastos namin.

I think si Dra Agdamag pwede rin sa Cardinal. Pero sa Delgado namin siya pinupuntahan since mas malapit sa min.

Hello sisters, i gave birth last nov 6 @ st. Jude dimasalang, via nsd with painless, 2 days , private room, total bill 28k, less philhealth 4500 less 5000( ob pf, classmatevni hubby) less 15k ( intellicare)
Kung hindi naman maselan ok na din ang st. Jude, mababit naman doctors, staffs, nurse, Alaga naman ako.

sis freetea : i highly recommend dra joy pascua. she told me 32K NSD with epidural, less pa philhealth dun for metropolitan medical. i think 25k for NSD with no epidural. package rates na yan, all in na. if you need her contact number/clinic info, let me know. I can PM her info to you. since 18 years old ako sya na OB ko. very nice sya. and di sya taga sa PF. (hint: less than 10K)

gave birth last dec. 3 at Delgado Hospital. Sa mga nagpaplano manganak dito, here's the breakdown of my expenses. I am an emergency CS by the way, at naiwan pa si baby sa hospital for 3 days due to sepsis.

50k = OB's fee plus anesthesiologist
20k = hosp. fees
8k = pedia's fee
23k =  baby's hospital fees.
TOTAL = 103k

nabawasan na yan ng philhealth (11k something for me tapos mga 4k kay baby).

one thing to note, they sometimes do charges na ini-expect nyong di dapat. like when my husband asked for a bed pan, they charged us kasi disposable daw yun. though na-reimburse naman after nya magreklamo (maprinsipyo si hubby, paano daw disposable ang bed pan eh dapat reusable yun) sana lang they inform patients before they charge us.

on the positive note, i like that the billing process is fast, patients food is not as bad as other hospitals, ok naman masarap for me. and due to its small size, its kinda homey, iilan lang kasi kaming nanganak when i was there and I can make chika with the other moms na parang mga kapitbahay ko sila. Also, andun si ate Josie, who does massages on mommies on their breasts para tumulo ang gatas nila, free of charge! she does home services pero syempre may charge na. hindi ko lang in-avail kasi tumulo naman na ang milk ko after she massaged me. grabe ang sarap kahit masakit, you should ask for her!
