kahit CS sis very fulfilling din ang feeling.. basta naging mom, yun ang tingin ko.. kasi hirap magpreggy at manganak.. then yung responsibility afterwards.. pagtitiis din habang pinapalaki si baby..

^oo naman very fulfilling talaga. Hirap talaga, sa twins ko pa lang tapos nasundan agad.. eto mag aapat na kids ko

, sa lourdes ka na CS sis? yung 95k anong room yan? yung pinsan ko dyan mag papa schedule CS pero hindi pa nya alam anung room kukunin nya. Schedule CS sya kasi napangasawa nya Chinese pero nasa abroad

ay oo sis, walang kapantay na saya naman after. ako di ako naiyak kasi groggy ako, di ko na nga namalayan lumabas na pala, nararamdaman ko lang nung first skin to skin contact na tas kinuha din agad. naiyak lang ako nung nakita ko sya sa nursery na. tas ang cute cute pa hahaha, sobrang fulfilled talaga ang feeling. lol!

anyone who gave birth at PCMC (Philippine Children's Medical Center) sa may Agham road, lapit sa Lung Center? I was placed under high risk pregnancy and my OB recommended to a perinatal specialist from PCMC-- baka dun na rin ako manganak.. OK ba dun? How much inabot?

How about as St Luke's--anyone who undergone high-risk pregnancy? How much total bill nyo?

^sis your OB was right kasi I can say na ang best neonatal is nasa PCMC din. Reason I know kasi my twins were preemies and super high risk ako nung pinagbubuntis ko sila. They survived.
Pero sa USTh ako not sa PCMC, I just know na neonatal din sila sa PCMC kasi dun talaga ang daming mga bata (hence, PCMC hehe) and nag checheckup kami dun.

Ask your OB about Dr.Emilio Hernandez

Pero sis naka paskil sa PCMC "ito ay ospital na pambata, hindi regular na paanakan" sa side ng Agham pag papasok ka

i think tumatanggap ang pcmc manganak dun for special case. Yung isa kong friend dun sya na cs kasi transverse position ng 2nd child nya. Rate not applicable anymore kasi 10yrs old na yung kid.

Hi sis, went out of the hospital last Sunday. Stayed there for 5 days, Private Superior Room.

Ito yung nagastos ko:

Professional Fees:
OB Dra. Sabrina Ang-Sy --- 25K
Anesthesiologist Dra. Figueras --- 10K
Pediatrician Dra. Lorna Ramos-Abad --- 4K
Net of Philhealth na yan lahat. I think I got the best doctors at the most reasonable PF. I love them.

Hospital Bill:
Mommy and Baby --- 42K Net of Philhealth narin yan.

Total: 81K

Just wanna share...

I like the hospital staff, nurses, resident doctors. They were all very professional and accomodating. The room that I got is on the 3rd floor, main building, facing UN Avenue. Pinili ko talaga to kasi dito rin ako nag stay when I gave birth dun sa first child ko 7 yrs ago. I think ito rin yung mga bagong rooms nila. 3rd floor has direct access sa OB-Gyne Complex nila so no need for me to ride the elevator nung time na ng CS ko. NICU is also on the same floor. Paglabas ng room ko, ilang steps lang, nasa NICU ka na. There, you can breastfeed your baby, hospital staff and nurses will assist you.

checked with Metropolitan Medical Center in Manila, packaged rate for NSD with Epidural is 31K, minus PhilHealth so around 25K nalang. Ang ganda ng delivery rooms nila dun, I gave birth dun 2007.

since sobrang naging helpful ng thread na to sakin share ko din gastos namin at Trinity Hospital at Sta. Ana, Manila my ob is Dr. Anna Jorillo total bill ko 23k, 4k lang pf ng ob ko since family friend namin siya pero 6k lang naman kapag walang discount hehe

Hi sisses, pajoin po. I gave birth last March 7 via NSD at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Sta. Mesa. Our total bill was 44k. The breakdown as follows:

OB's PF (Dra. R. Sese) 15k
Anesthesiologist (Dra. Santos) 6k
Pedia (Dra. Salas) 3k

(*PFs were net of philhealth already)

Hospital Bill of mom and baby 20k *net of PHIC (stayed for 2 days, baby roomed in)

Total 44k

Overall, I am happy with their services. I love my OB. Super bait and super supportive. She was like my mom when I was in labor. I really felt I am in good hands. The nurses and the resident OBs in the labor and delivery rooms are very accomodating. Ini-expect ko kasi may mga stories although hindi naman sa OLLH yun sabi nila ang mga nurses sa labor room masusungit at hindi ka papansinin. Pero luckily, sa OLLH they were very nice. Hindi nila ako iniiwan. And they were very supportive which really helped me kasi sa sakit n nararamdaman ko...it's nice to know that you are surrounded with nice people.

30k - Normal Delivery (Paranaque Doctors' Hospital)
35k - Normal Delivery (Perpetual Help - Las Pinas)

parang add'l 5-10k ata pag painless. I forgot.
