^ Effective nga talaga lemon juice.

Kaso one time, sobrang natuwa ako sa effect, so halos ginawa kong mask. Grabe nag butlig butlig tuloy ako near the eyes haha! Na-irritate yung skin doon sa area na yun, super sensitive pa naman nun diba? Lesson learned!

I found a recipe for a brightening toner which includes lemon juice, haven't tried it yet, bibili pa lang ng lemons now that I know effective pala yung lemon juice for dark spots.. Just wanna share, this can be used everyday kasi na didilute yung strength ng lemon juice.

1/2 Cup Lemon juice
1 Cup Water
2/3 Cup Witch hazel
*For oily skin add 2 Tablespoons Alcohol*

Meron sis sa Healthy Options. Good thing about it is mura lang sya. Haha! Less than 200 I think for the big bottle na, just get the regular Witch Hazel Astringent kasi imimix mo naman, meron na din kasi ng Witch Hazel Toner which is slightly more expensive... Unless you want to try that one too. Hehe.

^^i think it has to do with the weather. When i first came to Japan, i suffered break outs rin. My acne problem started there because i never experienced major break outs in Pinas. For 3 years I suffered acne and went through trying different products in the hopes of eliminating it. So far, i was able to find a cure, moisturizer. Yes, i don't really moisturize my skin back in Pinas. I mean, my skin was okay so i didn't see the need to moisturize. I was wrong, as we grow older, the more i need pala.

di naman kasi kelangan mag moisturizer sa pinas sis , iba talaga pag nasa ibang bansa eh. lol.my derma said no need na mag moisturizer if combi or oily ang skin pero siyempre kung ang weather dry , need na talaga

eto naman beauty regimen ko to target those probs.

lemon+milk+oatmeal- i do this every week. face and body. leave for 10mins.

lemon+sugar- eto alternate ko if naubos na un milk or oatmeal na stocks ko.

proven effective naman. eto naman to combat blackheads:

lemon+baking soda

Bow ako sayo sis bump, ang hapdi ng regimen mo! But i agree na lemon's an effective cleanser. Nakakaputi din yan ng face kasi yung busmate ko nung highschool, yan ang regimen tas clear at naging fair yung face niya.

^sis, pareho sis. oo mejo mahapdi pro nasanay. super sensitive kase ng skin ko since I had my 2nd baby. tyaga lang sa regimen kesa mag try ng hindi effective masayang pera.

sis kwang sun before I take doxy for 2 weeks prescribe saken dito.. soo far okay naman siya.
basta before you take it after meal. Now nag dry out na zots and butlig ko ginamit ko tea tree oil and blemish gel from TBS.
Tingin ko sis stop mo muna pag sabayin sila..

^ sis yung ginawa ko doxy sa morning then folic acid sa gabi.. yung folic kasi supplement ko lang para vitamin sa hair..ok lang ba?
