re: chemical peel... much better to have it done by a dermatologist  go to the dermatologists reco thread... and find one which is  near your place... or convenient for you

for acne BENZOYL PEROXIDE is the most effective treatment for acne/pimples...brand ng ginagamit ko Acnefree (blackhead & acne terminator 10)  it is soooo effective thumbs up talaga!!!
 and I also did water therapy 8 glasses or more a day! , exercise we need to perspire to remove the toxins in our body,green tea a day,oatmeal mask everyday.....make sure that you wash your wash at least twice a day effective ito promise!!!!!

evening-
1. cleansing toner
2. kojic/gluta soap then st. ives cleanser
3. bleaching cream 4in1
morning-
1. kojic/gluta soap then st. ives cleanser
2. sunblock foundation
then 2 - 3x st.ives scrub. once a month diamond peel sa Flawless.

result? flawless, whiter and smooth face. blemish free talaga..

^sis anong kojic/gluta soap gamit mo? saka anong bleaching cream din yan? ok lang ba sis if u share where you bought it as well? since u go sa flawless, can i ask lang din what's the difference between DP & un nanopeel nila? TIA!

sis no. 2 gamit ko. Sa neck ko lang nilalagay, hnd sya nagbabalat. Hnd ko tntry sa face eh natatakot ako bka magkapimples ako o purging ba un? Kasi wala ako masyado dark spots o pimples. Ang problem ko lang neck ko gusto ko pantay sila ng face ko.

nag lighten na mga pimples marks ko, ginagamit ko ngayon is mary kay microdermabrasion. ang bilis ng effect, usually mga months before maalis yung mga super itim na spot sa face ko, heto 2 weeks pa lang nag lighten na siya. downside lang is ang mahal sobra!

yes sis for spot treatment lang kaya pag patubo pa lang pimples ko lagay na agad ako so far kahit madalas ako mag heavy make up clear naman ang skin ko na unlike before

thanks sis! ano best product to lighten the dark acne marks? im getting married kasi on November and aside from facials (PCA peel ba pwede?) what can I still do? mahal kasi facials here in SG kaya was hoping I could just apply something to brighten my face.

Btw, what brands best for Vit c serum? thasnk so much!
