I thought I'd start one since the thread are for mani/pedi treatments lang. None to discuss brand, colors, reviews nail polish.

Please share what your favorite nail polish brand, color and why?

Saan po meron ng mattifying nail polish?
And yung uso ngayon soft/light grey color?

Preferrably not online/ebay.

I saw one sa Etude House around P200 ata yung mattifying top coat nila pero meron din silang matte polishes di ko lang sure kung how much. I haven't tried any of their products pero I'm planning to get their glitter polish and a couple of regular polishes.

Mahirap mag hanap ng light grey na shade, pero ang San San tsaka Caress meron silang gray pero hindi light. Ako rin I was trying to look for one sa mga local brands pero wala akong makita so what I did is I combined a white polish with black polish so now meron na akong light gray franken polish ^_^

I tried combining din, Sis pero ayoko ng outcome. Haha!

Thank you, thank you. I'll definitely check EH for the mattifying top coat! Mamahalin lang kasi ang alam ko... I have a few Etude House nail polishes, the colors are fine, pero they only last siguro 3 or 4 days before chipping/fading.

I have the Revlon Top Speed in Hazy pero I'm still looking for a lighter shade and this one is bluish.. Sana more taupe. But as for the quality, natutuwa ako kasi sobrang madali matuyo sa nails (I guess it also goes without saying na madali din matuyo sa bottle?!?) and then it doesn't chip, fade lang..

ang dami kong nakikitang cracking nail polish sa sidewalk vendors. mura, parang tempting. may nag try na nun sa inyo mga sis?

anyway, I don't usually spend so much for nail polish. i'm happy na sa Elianto, The Face Shop, Sally Hansen, and San San (nice quality for a local brand

)

Orly and OPI - long lasting!

The Face Shop for local nail polish. Ok din pero mas matibay and matagal ang Orly IMO.

Na-try ko [textspeak!] sa OMG. Ok naman. Runny siya pero ang bilis ng cracking effect. Long lasting din. Used a regular white polish under it lang and Caronia Fast Dry Top Coat.

I like the Bobbie polishes I've tried, mas gusto ko siya sa mga natry ko from The Face Shop, mas mura pa. I want to try even more local brands.

^ I agree sis, very contented na ako sa Bobbie polishes ko. Though mas maganda yung Fast Dry ng Caronia. Caronia and Chic has good colors too. Ang alam ko Color Trends is also owned by Bobbie pero cheaper and smaller bottles, pero same quality lang sila for me

Try ko din yung Fast Dry ng Caronia at Chic! Okay din ba Cutex nail polishes? I see these a lot at department stores.

Me personally, I'm partial to taupe/nude/pale polishes (except on occasions, holidays and long breaks) kasi I work in a male dominated industry na kung meron man ng girls, mga super simple na hindi nga nag memake-up. So ayoko din naman to stand out.. Trying to blend in lang. Haha! So the same goes for my nails and make-up. As simple as possible without giving them up!

yung sa Tony Moly medyo dark pa eh.Yung Caress Sea Green is also a safe color.similar shade sya ng Essie Sew Psyched.

Sis nikkitah, Hindi ma open yung link but thanks for the suggestions, I googled them. Meron ako ng Caress, it's a darker gray but I'm not sure if it's Diamond Gay. I'll check mamaya then look for this one. Haha! Eto yung colors na hanap ko! Thanks, ulit!
