March 10,2012 flew via Zest air package for 4d3n(terminal 4), 2hrs bus kalibo to caticlan then 20mins from jettyport, arrived Boracay evening of 7pm,walk around ,tried their skewered food, sipped fruit shake, watched ladyboys flinging their firechains went back to hotel 9pm. Got henna painted on one side of my neck.
Morning 7am,satisfied with the buffet and courteous staff at BHR, took off flops and went to walk down the beach, a relief to see that its not crowded, station 1 seaweeds afloat, between station 1&2 is so much better. Lots of diving students mostly guys (particulary koreans and chinese) We paid 1.5k for boat sail of 3hrs then went for buffet lunch down station 3 (not so bad at all)went around the area looking for new stuffs on sale, bought a 3for 100 pearl earrings and some necklaces with names, shirt from island souvenirs,a summer tote, then sat on lounge chairs  and went people gazing while sipping coconut juice, late afternoon went to try some food offered along the beach.
Lovely!!would go back again via 2GO ferry batangas port :))  need to experience this..
p.s. Boracay island now experiencing traffic, with 4k private vehicles and 900+tricycles!

Read this earlier...warning for those going to Boracay. Be safe everyone! Better to be aware and vigilant than sorry.

This is true, i saw that sa abs Failon Ngayon last saturday, because of sanitation pati dagat contaminated na din , pinakita pa dun yung connection ng mga tubo papunta lahat sa dagat, and halos lahat ng five star hotels dun wala pa lang environmental permit, sayang naman ang bora ang dumi na , sa station 1, pag dumakot ka ng buhangin yung malapit sa groto , amuyin nyo, medyo amoy burak na daw , yung provincia government may kasalanan nyan, pinabayaan na nila  :-[

I was in Boracay last Tuesday to Friday, and yes madami tubo na may nalabas na tubig from resorts papunta sa dagat. This is just sad. :(

June-November daw walang lumot ang Bora, according sa locals.

Nasa holy week din kami diyan sa Boracay, magiingat na lang kami, since kasama ko ang 7 years old daughter ko.

Went there last February, wala naman lumot. Going back on August, hopefully hindi malumot. Sana magawan na ito ng solution, sayang naman ang Boracay if this will persist.

we were in Boracay last Mar 22-25, grabe ang lumot lalo na sa may willy's rock and mas visible sya sa afternoon pag low tide. nakakalungkot na ang dating island paradise nagsisimula nang maging burak :(

Unfortunately, that's the case nga for that side of Boracay. Sa side ng Nami, Shang and Westcove resorts, malinis pa ang shore and tubig.
