sa citi, sabi ng isang manager sakin: haggard ang work environment. :) madalas overtime pero you're well-compensated naman. it's back-office btw.

the ending: i didn't accept the job. i want a work-life balance. :)

^^ yes, may certain criteria that one has to meet to qualify for 15% tax, such as x amount annual salary, position/level, technical skills, etc.

I'm working in a ROHQ of the biggest Autralian Telco.  How is it?  Hmmmm... flexi time with work from home option, way above industry compen, and Australians are easier to deal with (compared to Indians, Americans and Chinese) BUT the down side is 'reverse discrimination' from kapwa pinoy staff. (Good thing I can manage it) Other than the downside, everything is rosy in my corporate life.

We're not allowed to post it here but it is "the biggest and oldest" Australian telephone company in Australia and New Zealand and we are moving into asian market.

@dashee
Di ba magkaiba ang ROHQ sa IT-BPO and CC-BPO?

Kung toxic pa rin dyan, anong klaseng company lang merong work-life balance?

^not necessarily. yung iba naman ay financial BPO (like Citi) at hindi puro IT and CC services ang pinoprovide natin. :)

hmm..sa tingin ko pag small and local company may work and life balance. baba nga lang ng sweldo :))
