where can I buy baby clothes that don't look like baby clothes aside from Mothercare and Rustans? I dont like the clothing plastered with cartoon characters or baby prints.

^^ same here! for local brands: gingersnaps, peppermint (available at SM department stores din yata), purple candy (but you have to check the fabric kasi some are manipis and seams kasi some are not so well but the styles are cute), big & small.

also carters, old navy, gap but i order online.

Or maybe nagkataon Lang whenever I go to makati I always see nice choices.

Twilo din has nice items. baby Fashionistas may time na maganda, may time na di ko feel ang hitsura. Elle din has nice clothes

^ i very rarely go to megamall, sis. hehe. but i frequent sm makati more now than before. dati kasi panay mothercare pa but now i di na. haha. i like the little wishes brand for pambahay clothes, some of their prints parang mothercare na din. and fabric is nice.

i was able to buy 1 twilo dress in greenhills for my daughter before. where else may twilo?

sa baby fashionistas at kid zone in glorietta, wala pa akong nakita ever na nagustuhan ko. but i dont go there often din naman kasi.

Hi mga sis! Ask ko lang where to buy avent tempo nurser?

we use playtex drop ins but your baby may or may not take it depending on what he/she is used to. this is available at rustans, SM, babyland.

milton parang i saw at mothercare but not sure if it's tablets. ito yung for cold sterilization ba? another alternative is the chicco sterilizing solution. or if you're going to a place that has a microwave, you can use microwave sterilizer bags. meron ang medela, dr browns, munchkin.

Clueless, Twilo has a free standing store in galleria. Sa baby fashionistas, paminsan-minsan Lang ako nakakatyempo ng type ko and to think halos everyday nadadaanan ko store nila before. IMO, the designs are more apt for tweeners. I find it too daring/mature for young kids

A month ago I was considering buying the playtex drop ins so I was asking the SA at Rustan's about the two of them (I already have 1 avent tempo but no additional liners). I was told that they are phasing out the current (I guess now old) model and a new one will be released.

hunny_ally where is twilo in greenhills? and true on baby fashionistas and the designs are too loud.

on SM I was surprised to find cute clothing just this week I bought my daughter a peach polkda dot tunic top with a subtle bow in front. Just the right balance of cute but not too babyish. I was looking for white shorts to go with it but couldn't find any! I saw a pair at mothercare but it's 800 I also got a ribbon printed bubble skirt with tulle but couldn't find a basic white top to go with it naman, all SM mega had were white tops to wear at home :( I'll check out SM Makati one of these days.

On girls' clothes, aside from Mothercare, I buy from Tarte Tatin, Periwinkle, and Gingersnaps.

^yes sis, I live walking distance to GH shopping center so I frequent it a lot. There are a few stalls that sell nice baby clothes. I bought a floral printed party dress there for 350 and just the other week I saw a very similar dress at Rustan's selling for 1,800. Difference lang is the color.

On baby clothes which i buy in malls- i like periwinkle but really pricey and nakaka addict!  Merong cheaper versions sa sm dept stores. I also have tried Bench babies or yung FX na brand nila, there are pieces na ang ganda ng cotton either shirt dress or bloomer.  I specially like yung bloomer nila with underwear na so hindi labas diaper ni baby. Zara baby mahal parin kahit sale.
I too dont like animal prints all over baby's attire.
Just sharing also. I tried some preloved clothes na carters. Ok parin.

sis clueless is little wishes a brand found inside SM? Also does Twilo have clothes for baby boys? Medyo limited kasi ang choices ng pang-boys than for girls eh...  ::)  :D

^ yes, sis. little wishes is a brand that you can find in SM department stores. they have a premium line and the fabric is nice plus the designs are parang mothercare na din.  the fabric of non-premium line is nice din, malambot pero mas manipis than the premium line, perfect for pambahay.

not sure about twilo if they have for boys. i only have 1 piece form twilo kasi.

on baby clothes na hindi mukhang pam-baby i love buying at gap and zara, kaso nakakahinayang the price difference we all know how gap is so much cheaper abroad than here! just recently i bought my baby girl this cute peplum top sa gap para terno kami haha! cheaper alternatives would be at sm dept store although mostly pambahay binibili ko dun kasi we also have a brand there thats why medyo bias ako. On little wishes i had my baby wear yung isang orange top niya with i love mom when we went out super trendy doesnt look SM, i also buy leggings/knits from pacheco medyo makapal din so i can bring abroad when we go to hk this december. :) mix and match gingersnaps tops with gap shorts and leggings, cute din tarte tatin but nothing fits my 8month old yet .

dime060608, i have a little life daysack. it's a backpack with a removeable rein so pwede ding gamitin as a backpack lang. may nakatago din siyang hood in case it rains.

see here:

http://www.littlelife.co.uk/html/toddler_daysacks/animal-bee.html
