sis, why don't you try researching for korean fried chicken since bonchon is a korean food.

ako i tried this http://talentadongchef.wordpress.com/2011/03/16/korean-fried-chicken/ it came out maalat, mali lang siguro yung measurements ko. imo, mas kapareho nito yung taste ng manang's chicken. try mo magsearch ang daming recipes sa internet pero ang hirap lang mamili kung ano yung ok talaga hehe!  :)

There are four basic food groups: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate & chocolate truffles. ♥

Wow better than bonchon? I'll definitely try this! Do you marinade the chicken also?

Tried mccormick, okay siya but we added cornstarch before frying to make it more crispy.
Next project, how to make it without mccormick.

bonchon chicken recipe based on my taste buds it's chicken breast marinated in a very minimal salt then dredge with flour (there are different kinds of flour tingin ko imported yung gamit nila) then fried in not so hot oil. for the sauce for me it's sesame oil , minced garlic and oyster sauce.
