^naku kung pwede lang at may budget lang kame to get a property there we'll do it! Relaxed kasi jan at safe kahit naglalakad lang kame. Last Aug 2012 nagpunta kame sa isang nearby province at di kame nagkaron ng masamang experience. We really appreciate the kindness and honesty of Ilonggos. Mahilig din kasi kame kumain hehe.

^ yep, Trattoria is a bit expensive compared to other restos in town :) gusto ko siya i-try kaso laging walang time. and mahirap ang parking dun  :-\

Yep, Delicioso is in Mandalagan, near Robinson's. bago pa yata yun eh. My MIL wanted to try but the husband didn't want to eat there because they serve meat, steaks. gusto ko sana, most especially may deli pa  ;D

By the way, do NOT eat at the eateries in Mambukal Resort.

I have so many reasons o go back and those are food, food and a lot of foods! hahaha!

^^sis, kaya ng 2 days. i read a blog before na overnight lang sa bacolod kasi side trip lang, kinaya naman nya though di na ata sya nakapag-mambukal. if i remember correctly she'd been to the ruins and silay old houses tours, and syempre food trip!

^tammy, every year na lang mula ng makapunta kame dun may bagong recruit kame going to bacolod. hindi naman kame napapahiya sa kanila siguro kasi ang pinoy mahilig talaga kumain. hindi din kasi nakakapagod mamasyal dun, either you walk or ride a jeep/cab pwede! this august we'll be back, i miss lord byron's and felicia's! sana matikman na din namin yung masarap na burger at siopao as our friend suggested to us.

^haha...you're welcome sis. Actually I just had a guest from Singapore and Manila over. Both engineers. Yung taga Manila lagi naman andito pero food trip din ginagawa namin after work or during breaks.

@ten....i ate at Delicioso last week. i only had Osso Buco and it was really good. Kind of pricey lang at almost P400.00 i think but the beef shank can be good for 2 na.

@sis Cari...i think 2 whole days is kulang if you want to go on a food trip.
