Guests namin nasa 70 lang pero ayoko kasi mabitin sa food kaya sobra talaga inorder ko.
8 mmd is good for 96pax kasi each mmd is for 12pax.
Bago start ang party i told shakeys crew na half-half ang paglabas ng food.
That way yung mga nahuli sa pila eh sure pa din may makukuhang food. Good thing about my guests, may disiplina naman sila

At intention talaga namin na busugin ng husto mga bisita.
Di nila napataob ang buffet table hehe. May konti kaming naiuwi.
Ayoko kasi ng bitin sa food tapos mapapahiya ako sa guests na di nakakain lahat ng handa.

hi mga sis.. couple of questions.. do you know kung ano klase mga games ang ginagawa pag shakeys crew ang maghost ng party? meron din bang games for adults of purely for kids lang? also, the party coordinator said i can bring additional prizes. does that mean additional games din ba yun?

is it advisable ba na kumuha ng ice cream directly from Nestle (cart) or avail na lang ng ice cream mismo from Shakeys din? meron daw kasing corkage pag magdala ng ice cream cart kahit same brand nung inooffer nila e.

for 2 hours party, ok lang ba kumuha ng face painter and/or photobooth? hindi daw kasi allowed mag-extend ng party hours e.

sa branch na napili namin in cavite, we were allowed to book for a 3-hour party so we availed of a photobooth. we didn't get their photobooth supplier kasi mahal. no corkage naman daw. same with the balloon supplier and photographer na kinuha namin. i think allowed naman yung nestle icebox of our own kasi i saw a photo of a party that was held there and they were able to avail of it. i just have to check para sure. hindi naman strict sa branch na yun kasi bago. sa theme lang talaga kailangan barney or justice league.

you can still get a photobooth for a 2-hour party as long as walang mahabang program. hindi talaga maiiwasan kasi madistract ang mga tao ng photobooth. if you'll just get the shakey's host and have a few games then that's fine. masusulit niyo yung photobooth.

^^ yes sis.. i told them i'm willing to pay extra for the 1hr extension kaso hindi raw pwede since weekend. SM North kasi ang branch na binook namin. hayy. will try to call them again, baka sakali. :p

^ yung photobooth mo sis hindi ka chinarge ng 500 for electricity?

^we used party area for 3hrs pero no extension fee.
Wala kasing party before and after ng slot namin (pacquiao fight ba naman eh)

hi mga sis, i just booked the Tomas Morato branch for my daughter's 1st birthday. Kwento ko lang:

when I inquired, I was informed na they don't allow extension kahit na i offered to pay an extension fee. Pwede ang balloon decor (sabi ko that's my business) and pwede magdala ng cake. They require daw 50% down payment of your total bill.

sinama ko si hubby kahapon to confirm our reservation. in fairness, naging mabait ang marketing manager. pinagbigyan niya akong 15 ng amenities barney, 15 justice league. we booked the 7pm-9pm party na lang para sure na wala nang kasunod na party. siguro naman pwede pang magstay nun after ng party.

ask ko lang mga sis, talaga bang 50% requirement upon confirmation? kasi naalala ko sa Jollibee or ibang fast food, they require you lang to pay the amenities muna.

^ hi sis! sa shakeys kami nagpabinyag last october 2011, pero hindi kami nirequire magbayad ng 50% na downpayment. parang 2k nga lang ata ang downpayment namin nun eh.

Nung nagbook kami with shakeys we only paid for the amenities.
When we asked when to pay deposit/dp, they advised na after the party na daw.
Baka nagbago ng policy? Or depende sa branch?

^I guess depende rin sa branch. Pero medyo magulat lang din ako na 50% DP na agad.

oo nga pala, share ko na lang din. nag-inquire ako sa Matalino branch. bago kasing bukas and ok din naman location sa akin. Aba, ito na mga sis ang pinakamatindi!!! sabi ba naman their party area is good for 60 to 80pax, to close that area, kailangan daw ng food guarantee na 14K. Is she serious??? sabi ko sa kanya, "miss, yung party area niyo good for 80pax lang maximum na, tapos ieexpect mo akong gumastos ng 14K for FOOD alone? (iba pa raw kasi ang amenities) -- nakainis! nilayasan ko nga! Unang-una, i don't mind paying more than 14K for food, pero napakataas naman ng requirement nila! to think na puro blank nga ang paper ng reservation nila. i guess their not ready for parties yet kaya dinidiscourage nila ang parties.

^RE: Matalino branch - ok naman sis, sakto lang baka mga 16k nga for food e. pero parang i had the feeling lang na di sila eager to have me as a customer. nagcompute kasi ako e... if youre going to get the monster deal na tag-2,000 good for 10-12 pax, for 80pax pwede na 6 monster deal, then add na lang on that day! kaya lang mapipilitan pa ako kasi may hinahabol akong quota from them. bukod pa ang 3,900 for amenities. e to think mukhang sa 80pax siksikan na guests sa party area nila.

buti pa sa Tomas Morato, 30pax lang minimum + amenities. Hindi hard sell! So I paid 50% ng 6 monster deal + amenities.

suzyalex- we'll pay 200 pesos for the electricity because of the photobooth, 500 corkage for the nestle ice cream and another 500 for the choco fountain. we paid 4k for the amenities so okay na daw yun. the payment for the food would be paid after the party.

Sis mistiqshannen,
Shakeys na din ba bahala dun sa games and party host/emcee? I want to know sana kasi if ever na ok naman sila maghost, balloons and other food carts na lang kukunin ko.. The rest like invitations, giveaways, lootbags, etc. Ako na bahala..
