I've attended a Shakeys party recently. It was held at shakeys quezon ave. Cor west ave. The party place is really big, around 200 guests yata ang umattend. May photobooth, chocolate fountain area and magician, I'm not sure lang kung yun nagpaparty ang nagdala non or accredited lang ng shakeys ang makakapasok na suppliers.

ang laki nga ng party area nila...may mga accredited silang suppliers and if you don't get them at iba kinuha mo may corkage fee di ko lang sure kung magkano...

^Are you talking about the same branch sis? Sayang naman kung may extra singil pa.

Might try Shakey's for my kid's party next year. Ang pinagpipilian kong branches ay Katipunan, T. Morato at yung sa Q. Ave cor West Ave.

yung ibang branch sis may corkage fee na P500,pero if mabait yung manager pwedeng wala meron ding strict....

My daughter's 7th bday party was held May 2011 sa Shakey's El Pueblo. 2nd floor ang party area nila so nagustuhan ko kasi exclusive for us. It can accommodate 100-120pax i think. People were easy to talk to naman. We were allowed to do the decors earlier. Our party last for 3hours yata pero they didnt charge extension fee naman :-) I brought a Statue Mime and i haggled talaga na walang corkage ang outside supplier ko, pumayag naman sila :-)

The 1st and 2nd birthday of my son was held in Shakeys Makati Ave (1st) and Valero (2nd). Swerte siguro kami lasy 2009 kasi makati Ave branch is not that strict pa sa mga themes kasi we were able to bring in Sesame Street Theme. As in Food and sound system lang galing sa kanila. Then rest samin na like lootbags, emcee, face painter, sorbetes, tarp, cake, pica pica bar.

Then last August 2011 naman sa valero naman kami. We got their barney theme kaya ok na usapan. We bring our own photographer na from a friend, lootbags na barney, cake, balloondecor and nestle icecream.

Naka-attend lang ako ng Shakey's kiddie party at Shaw Blvd. Maganda yung place, ok yung staff, the food is great. My friend (the hostess) ordered the Monster deal ba yun (?) and they set it up buffet style. Sosyal tignan. My friend was able to bring in desserts from other supplier and pwede rin balloon setup.

After 2 months, my son had his birthday party naman at Jollibee. Just for the sake of comparison, mas enjoy parin sa Jollibee. Mas magaling sila mag handle ng parties. Pero mas OK ang lootbags ng Shakey's vs Jollibee but you can use your own naman if you want. As for the theme, pwede ka mamili kung ano gusto mo sa Shakey's pero sa Jollibee hindi lang pwede ang Disney.

nice thread! i was thinking kung saang Shakeys ako magpaparty. i will ask my husband na mag inquire sa Valero branch. I like the idea na buffet style kaya hindi kaya ako mamulubi? my son alone can consume 11 inch pizza in 1 sitting.

naku di ko sure sis if meron sa makati ave. sa valero kasi kasya yun 120 pax pero sa makati ave hindi nasa 70 pax lang sila pag kiddie party

I inquired today at their Tomas Morato branch... ok naman, kaya lang 2 hours lang daw allow nila for parties... i was asking if i can have the next hour blocked pero di raw pwede.
Pwedeng magpasok ng balloons and cake. And if i get the monster deal daw, they will set it up buffet style.

Cant remember the exact amount but i ordered 8 MMD buffet style + extra rice.
I suggest you talk to Red, he is the marketing manager of el pueblo. Parang wala naman nabanggit sa akin before na may minimum 10k.

sis VShe, ilang pax yung guests mo sa 8MM buffet style. di ko kasi matancha. I'm planning to get 5 MMD for 70 guests... kaya kaya? o bitin?

sa TMorato branch wala namang minimum. basta i-avail lang 30pax amenities and food.

^hirap sa MM baka magkaubusan ng chicken since walang nagseserve. Hindi mo naman pwede sabihing 1 piece only.
