hubby and i will watch this tomorrow. since sunday, i'm sure bongga ang crowd sa sinehan nito..pila balde na naman ang drama bukas kaya we've decided to go to MOA early just in case para makapili pa kami ng magandanf sked.

nakakhilo nga yung battle scenes mismo. parang gusto kong sumigaw ng pause stop slow mo pwede?! haha masyadong magalaw, masyadong active yung pag kuha nila ng scene. mas bet ko pa yung traditional slow mo and hit fast technique..

^Same tayo. Sana nga di magalaw yung camera sa fight scene. Dun din sa umpisa, yung naglalakad si Katniss papunta sa forest, ang galaw din ng camera. Eh naglalakad lang naman siya ng normal nun kaya inexpect ko na ganun din malamang sa ibang scene, magalaw si camera man haha

Manunuod ulit ako nito mamaya, lilibre ako ng brother ko

bukas pa kami manonood pero nabasa ko na yung story. sana di masyadong marami tao bukas sa glorietta or greenbelt.

ang pretty ni katniss. too bad wala yung pinadalhan siya ng bread ng district 11 after rue died. naiyak ako dun sa scene na nakita ng district 11 yung sign ni katniss before leaving rue's body.

agree about the fight scenes. ang gulo. sabi ng brother and husband ko bitin sa action. kasi naman target audience mga bagets though naappreciate nila yung story kahit hindi nila nabasa yung book.

akala ko ako ang may diperensya... hinubad ko pa for a while ang eyeglasses ko yun pala talagang magalaw/malikot ang kuha ng camera sa simula pa lang....

anyways, na-enjoy ko naman sya kahit hindi ako fan ng book

... para syang big brother na violent

nakapanood na din kami..ang ganda ng movie. naiyak ako dun sa scene na nag-volunteer si katniss at nung namatay si rue...

will watch this on dvd again.

^^^^I got teary eyed with that scene too! At kaloka kasi 2nd time ko na mapanuod today pero same effect pa rin, pinipigilan ko lang talaga haha

Si SIL napansin din magalaw yung camera. While sa fight scene ni Katniss, Peeta and Cato, sabi niya nahihilo na siya haha

Nagulat kami kanina sa sinehan, may bata! Mga 4 yrs old lang yun tapos naabutan pa niya (lumabas kasi sila saglit kasi maingay na siya) yung fight scene sa simula.

di ko malaman kung gagamitin ko eyeglasses ko or tatanggalin ko na lang, lalo na sa scene dun sa cornucopia, nadiliman ako (gabi syempre hehe!)

Hi gurls. ganda ng movie! Grabe naman naiyak talaga ko ng bongga nung namatay si rue. Cute nya esp nung nang iintriga siya dun sa love team. Ay ganun syang nga sana meron scene nung binigyan ng bread district 11. Eh di sana mas lalo ako umiyak

just a bit of difference....
in the book, the mockingjay pin was given by Madge
in the movie, Katniss sees it at the Hob & gives it to Prim... Prim gives it back to Katniss before she leaves to participate in the Hunger Games

agree, bitin sa action & di napakita yung bread na pinadala.... but i like how they have shown how the behind the scenes of the games!

sabi ko na nga ba magugustuhan ko ang movie. while it's nice to have read the book beforehand, hindi naman ito pre-requisite for me. Ganda, galing.

I refused to give in to the hype back then when the Hunger Games series are getting good reviews . . .

but after watching this movie,

kinulang lang ng height si Josh H perio he is perfect for the role.

Grabe, iyak ako dito sa scene when Rue died. mas grabe iyak ko sa movie kaysa sa book.

almost lahat naman eh nakuha sa book konti lang binago like the mockingjay pin and amputated na kasi si Peeta sa ending eh pero sa movie mukhang naka recover yung binti nya, overall, maganda ang movie, damang dama ko, looking forward sa Catching Fire kung sino ika cast nila as Finick Odaire.

scary si Snow and si Jen Lawrence is so Katniss Everdeen, syang sya na..bagay na bagay sa kanya, sana lang eh tumangkad si Peeta pero kering keri nya ang Role.

Ay actually, ako naman what veers me off away from it initially is its similarity to Battle Royale, a Japanese film 10 years ago.

Surprisingly, I find the movie good enough to make me read the book this time.
