the rates at Kapatid are slightly better than GMA7 and ABS. People from other networks have jump to 5 not just bec of the salary, kung di pinapansin efforts mo dun sa kabila or na politika ka or may nakabangga ka, you can start fresh at 5. downside its in Nova

yung may benefits lang ay ang fulltime employees usually accountants, HR admins, engineers and some production people (hindi lahat). Ang gusto ko dun ay may free food sa canteen, depende sa program you are working for, that is kung sinama nila sa production cost nila ang food expenses. Dun ako nakakatipid ng salary, there's P80 per meal allotted for us and that's 3 meals a day at work kasi we hardly go home :p

Bakit sis, how much ang salary range sa Ch 7 at Ch 2 compared sa Ch 5? Foe example ang rates ng Executive Prod, Associate Prod, Production Assistants?

^nabalitaan ko din yan sis, napuntA sa mga bagong recruit nilang artista. pero parang sayang lang pera nila sa mga yun. Sana kumuha na sila nung mga talagang sikat pa.

Di sya bongga Sis promise kung gusto mo talaga kumita sa TV prod work, you have to take on 3 shows and swerte ka if you can get to work on more than 1 show. But 3 shows means no going home, sleeping on cardboard boxes at the rooftop editing room. Prod people do this because they love the job! super! pero kung gusto mong kumita mag call center ka na lang, may benefits pa :p

My friend works as a reporter and gets paid on hours worked.  If my friend needs to attend to important things and can't go to work there will be no pay.  Sure my friend works for like 5-6 hours on weekdays and 1 hour on weekends but traveling from pque to nova everyday is no joke (not sure if there's gas allowance though).
